Egret Run #216 Weekly Rentals Only! Golf Community

Egret Run #216 is a spacious 3BR/21/2BA Townhome located in the Egret Run Community in Barefoot Resort. This updated townhome has all new floors, new appliances, new furniture and has been freshly painted. Totally renovated in 2021! It is an end unit with a great screened porch overlooking the pond in the back.

When you walk in the front door, you will feel right at home. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and has everything you need to enjoy your favorite meals. There is a nice dining room area so you can all sit and relax. The living room is very large and has a screened in porch right next to it. There is a half bath available too. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well.

The primary suite has a king bed with all new bedroom furniture. The ensuite bathroom has been updated with new tile and granite countertops. There is also a large walk-in closet to use. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms. One has a Queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds and a Queen. Plenty of space for everyone! There is a shared full bathroom upstairs as well.
There is a large Smart TV Flat Screen in the living room. There is also a Flat Screen TV in the Primary bedroom and the twin bedroom upstairs.

Egret Run is a quiet community that only rents by the week or the month. There is a large pool area to enjoy in the community and you can also use the North Tower pool with a special pass. Ask us for details.
Barefoot Resort offers a free shuttle to the beach and Barefoot Landing that runs every hour. We will give you a shuttle schedule upon arrival. There are also 4 Championship Golf Courses to try. Let us know if you need tee times.

Barefoot Landing is right down the road with lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. Check out a show at The Alabama Theater or The House of Blues. Take the kids to Alligator Adventure or just stroll around the lakes. There is so much to do, you will want to come back year after year.

All Guests must be 25 or older to book & stay. A responsible Adult over the age of 25 MUST be present at all times.

Great property!

Loved our week long stay. Pool is so close and and the huge complex pool is amazing. Brand new, everything was great. Close to amazing restaurants.

After we were told the property was sold so renting wasn't available next year, they quickly got us another property for 2025.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived after office hours and the packet did not include important information. There was no map available except online but could not be enlarged enough to see details. Called the only number I had and received quite an attitude from the lady who had absolutely no info and relayed that I would have to wait 2 days for the office to open. The place seems nice but had dirty sheets and blankets,a dirty tub, a door falling off the hinge, a faucet that felt like it was going to break off when used. There were huge dirt marks,footprints and scuff marks on the walls in odd places and pieces of trim that were not actually attached to the floor so we were constantly tripping over it. I just expected something a little more upscale for the area and price.

One Week Get Away

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival found this property condition not as advertised. We had three small children ages 6 months to 5 years old. The smaller children were crawling on the floor and their hands and knees were black from the dirty floor.Cob webs everywhere, baseboards dirty, windows with cob webs all over.For the amount of money the unit was being rented for the place should have been spotless.I made sure upon entering that I took photos of everything to be sure I would not be charged for any of the conditions found.

Great home in great location

In summary the stay was great. The check in process could have been better. Check in time was 4-6pm then if you arrived after that arrangements would have to be made. I arrived at 4:00 and the staff was walking to their cars. They handed me a package and left. Well, not everything we needed was in the package and I had no chance to ask any questions. Had to go back on Monday so missed out on two days of some amenities. The property itself was great. Clean, spacious, and what we expected. Would definitely choose this property again.
