We had a great stay! The host was very detailed with instructions and had excellent communication & response time. The house had all the essential needed- kitchen was very well stocked, great game assortment, beach towels, linens, starter supply of basic house needs. The smaller community pool is right next to the unit building which was very convenient.

The property and the condo were very clean. It was very nice. However, the tenants that lived above us were extremely loud at all hours. Stomping around and we did not get sleep very well.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the cleanliness and condition of our condo. We’re very sorry that noise from the unit above disrupted your sleep. Because the other condos are privately owned, we do not control their occupants. Unfortunately, we did not learn about the noise until the end of your stay. Had we known sooner, we would have contacted the HOA and attempted to resolve the issue while you were there. Please know that this is not a typical occurrence, and we contacted the HOA as soon as it was brought to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you being a wonderful guest.

Second time staying in this condo, first under Manny & Sibel’s ownership. Really like what they did with new colors and furniture. Place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. This is the fourth condo we’ve rented at Barefoot over the last 18 years, and definitely the best-stocked kitchen! Communicating with Manny was no problem, he’s quick to respond. Hope to be back next year!

オーナーのプロフィール画像
We purchased this property from a great family, who lovingly cared for it for many years. Their dedication shows in how beautifully maintained the unit is. We’re excited to create lasting memories here while continuing the tradition of sharing our home with guests. Myrtle Beach and its surrounding area hold a special place in our hearts, making this the perfect vacation retreat for us—and for you.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

When searching for a vacation home, we toured many properties and neighborhoods before ultimately deciding that Ironwood at Barefoot was the place for us. Our children especially love the tennis courts, beach volleyball, and pool, while we were drawn to the unbeatable location, close to so many great amenities. The unit truly sold itself with its quality furnishings, tasteful décor, and immaculate condition. While we enjoy golf, our interests also include live theatre, dining, and, of course, relaxing at the beach—making this the perfect vacation home for our family.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love the peaceful atmosphere—the gentle breezes on the patio, the soothing sound of the fountain, the activity of golfers passing by, and the overall comfort it brings.
