Situated on the ski hill in the coveted Sullivan Stone complex (#1 for ski in/ski out in Kimberley) this beautifully appointed townhouse is ready for adventure all year long. Private parking, outdoor hot tub and newly updated interior.

The open concept living room is perfect for warming up next to the gas fireplace while reminiscing about the fun from the day. Lots of amenities make this unit easy and amazing for families and groups looking to get on the slopes, enjoy the trails, or golf.

In addition to being ski in/ski out, Sullivan Stone is also located a short walk from the Nordic trails. A 2-minute drive to the fantastic Trickle Creek Golf Course, and 5-minute drive to the Platzl (downtown) Kimberly.

CANADIANA CABIN DETAILS AND AMENITIES
🇨🇦 This rental easily has enough room for two average-size families with over 1500 square feet of living space.

🍴KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including a dishwasher.

🧺 LAUNDRY: A full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

🛋 LIVING ROOM: The living area is off the kitchen and the kitchen/ dining area is on the first level. It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating. The living room has a large 50' Plasma TV with a DVD, CD player, Receiver and four tower speakers. sonos

Top floor - King bedroom escape with incredible views overlooking the mountains, attached full bathroom, desk area, and tv with cable.
Lower floor - Private bedroom with two twin beds.
Lower floor - Queen bedroom with semi-private bunk beds in bonus room.

• Bathroom 1: attached to Bedroom 1 on the upper floor with tub and shower.

Quiet time 10pm-8am. We value good relationships with our neighbours. Fines are imposed by the strata for noise and passed on to the guest.

The condo was perfect for our needs and a very quick drive to downtown Kimberly. I would highly recommend staying here and Janna was very easy to communicate with.

Property is beautiful, very easy ski in/ski out. Views are incredible, property was very well kept. Kimberley is a great place to visit and this place is a great place to stay. Very similar to Timberstone just up the road.

Best place to ski in Kimberley

This is truly a ski-in ski out stay . Great views , very comfortable place to stay for a group of people with out feeling crowded at all . Everything you need cook family meals . We absolutely loved this place . Hot tub was a great addition to this stay . Would recommend this place .

The little details made the stay

The big details of this property were awesome! Location to Ski and Golf, hot tub, garage, bedrooms were all great! But it was the small details that the host provided that made the place so great. The place was spotless, every corner. Every surface was super clean, the small touches like the chocolate by the side of the bed, The wireless phone chargers on the bedside tables, a complimentary wireless speaker for guest use, a variety of coffee with multiple flavorings to go in it, a welcome basket of popcorn with many toppings. Golf Trip

We came to Kimberley to get some golf in and enjoy the area. Our accommodations were great! The hot tub came in handy after some cooler weather than usual was present. Everything about this place was wonderful and we will be back. Our host Janna was great for communicating with and very friendly! Thanks again.

Loved this place!!

We were in the Kimberley area to do some golfing for and stayed here for a few days. There are several amazing golf courses very close by that provide views at every turn. There were 4 of us and this house was fantastic and provided each couple with loads of privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook meals in, and the BBQ was great. The beds, pillows and bedding were all super comfortable. The house itself was spotless clean and very comfortable and adorably decorated. The home owner was quick to respond and even sent a note to let us know about some live music that was happening while we were there. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again while in the area. Thanks Janna!!

Amazing from beginning to end!

I normally do not review our VRBO rentals, but our experience way too great not to share! The host is so accommodating and goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. She gave us suggestions on things to do while in town and great restaurant options. The house is so cute and well stocked. You have everything you need….from extra toothbrushes under the sick to the chocolates beside the beds. If you want a cute, cozy, and welcoming house look no further!!!

Great property for a group

Overall, our stay at the Canadiana Cabin was great. Property is beautifully furnished and well equipped down to small thoughtful touches like Q-tips and makeup removal pads in the master bedroom. Janna, the owner, was lovely and responded within minutes to all our questions in advance. There was only one downside, and the reason for our 4-star rating: The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft, affecting our sleep and leaving us with aching backs every morning.

I love connecting with people through travel and adventures. By day I work as a Speech Language Pathologist having fun with kids in Kindergarten.

My husband Jeff and I love to ski and golf, so Kimberley was a natural fit.

We purchased this property as our retirement home but thought it was far too nice to sit empty in the meantime. We created The Canadiana Cabin to offer a cozy hideaway for us and a unique experience for guests to enjoy.

We have appointed the Canadiana Cabin with lots of special touches and all of the comforts of home.

The kitchen comes well equipped. As you are planning your stay, it may be helpful to know we have a fondue set, raclette, instant pot, waffle maker, popcorn maker, panini press as well as other basics you'd expect.

We offer games, books, cable tv, and a private outdoor hot tub. Plus, we are right on the ski hill for ski in/ski out. Only a two minute walk to the Nordic club, which has cross country skiing in winter and endless hiking and biking trails in the summer. There are over ten amazing golf courses within 1/2 hour too!
