AMAZING PLACE!

This rental was absolutely gorgeous it was able to accommodate all of my friends and family during our celebration of my friend's 50th birthday milestone.

Dirty House

Upon arrival we inspected the house to find a cracked stove top, dirty linen on the bed, live roaches, ant hills all over the lanai, mold and residue in pool, filthy living room carpet, no Wi-Fi. We called and spoke to someone by the name of Yoshi and Richard to voice our grievances and not one problem was addressed. A day later after we checked out, we received an email stating that a credit card payment had been declined. The owner/manager tried to charge us an additional $3200.20 for “damages”. We requested to speak to someone but was told we can only communicate/dispute through email.

Dirty! Good location and spacious rental.

We arrived after check-in at 4:15pm and the cleaning crew was still there. The house was a complete mess. We needed to get in there to put our groceries in the fridge and change for an event that evening (we ended being late to). They had to call extra team members to finish cleaning. At 4:45pm we were able to get in, but the house was not cleaned properly. We had no choice at that point, but to stay since we had a large group of people. We dealt with fruit flies in the kitchen, faucet on the kitchen island was broken, garbage disposal was clogged so we couldn't use that sink. fridge smelled like fish, floors still dirty, cockroach in one of the upstairs bathrooms, sliding doors were difficult to lock and secure upstairs, construction going on at night behind the house, neighbors we partying until 3am one night and disturbed our sleep, and the management company offered us late check out for our trouble. I told them no thanks since we all had early flights out.
