Hi Michael, thanks for the feedback! The Wifi is on the NBN with Telstra, I'll let them know but we haven't had other complaints. There isn one TV that requires you to turn the screen on and then the remote is entirely operational. This was explained in the check-in instructions, sorry if you missed that.

Goodness! This is the first review I've had in 8 years of this nature. I'm somewhat at a loss. I encourage guests to read our other, much more positive reviews. Of course everyone experiences things differently and is entitled to an opinion so I do thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the area enjoyable and my communication helpful. We aim to be very transparent in our listing, and we appreciate you acknowledging that the stairs and exterior cameras are listed. The camera overlooking the deck is installed for security purposes only. It does not have audio, it is only checked if there is a concern or complaint. We value our guests' privacy. Lake Macquarie is a coastal lagoon and open to the ocean. Guests should assess swimming conditions as you would at any beach or lake. This is the first complaint I’ve had in 8 years about the view or the couch. The photos on the listing are accurate. One recent guest said ‘great balcony where we enjoyed the view.’ Another said ‘The outlook from the balcony was beautiful & relaxing.’ I’m sorry this wasn’t your experience. Thanks Sarvenaz for your five star review! And for recommending us to family. The BBQ is fixed. The cockroaches would certainly have loved the hot, wet weather. We've had the house treated and hopefully that improves!
