Cute Beach Shack located close to the Beach and Shops

Our little beach shack, in the iconic Goolwa weatherboard style is our little escape and hope to let other holiday makers come and enjoy.

Located a convenient hour from Adelaide, you can plan your surfing, golfing, fishing or relaxing stay at Daphne's Place, for either a fast getaway or longer stay.

Flooded with natural light, the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen will be the gathering place for up to 6-7 friends. our little shack is the ideal size for a family of 2 adults and up to 5 children, or a quiet getaway for up to 3 couples.

The three bedrooms offer a queen bed in the master, a double bed in the second bedroom and a double bed with a bunk above in the third.

***This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.***

The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a separate laundry and toilet.

There is a outdoor setting where guests can sit in the spacious backyard after coming home from the beach and enjoy a refreshing beverage or alternatively an undercover outdoor space with a pallet bar and BBQ to keep guests out of the sun or rain!

We hopefully haven't missed a thing when it comes to relaxing! The house includes TV with a chromecast, DVD player and plenty of DVDs for the family to watch, board games, a picnic set for guests that want to enjoy one of the beach, park or river locations that Goolwa has to offer. We don't however offer wifi as we plan to escape when we holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests to self cater as well as having the convenience of a dishwasher. Don't forget your coffee beans for the espresso machine! The lounge area is air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans.

The beach is a 10min stroll from the front door, while the town center is just a relaxing 2.5km walk away. You can enjoy some of the amazing local hotspots like the "Kuti Shack" and the "Bombora on the River" without the need for a long drive.

We allow a quite gentle pet to come with you with restrictions of not allowed on the furniture, any poos in to be picked up and any damaged to our home to be notified straight away for repair.
