One of our favorite apartments, the romantic Bergerac apartment showcases amazing unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower from the French doors in the dining room, living room and master bedroom. The view is so stunning it has been featured in magazines! Snuggle up with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset when the lights sparkle on the Eiffel Tower. This air-conditioned (three powerful mobile units) apartment is very popular with families,

Things to Note:

This property is suitable for 4 adults and up to 2 children, or 5 adults. It is a tight fit for 6 adults due to limited space.

Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.

Visibility of the Eiffel Tower changes depending on the season and foliage growth of the trees outside the windows.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week
Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.

Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and relax after spending our days out and about in Paris. Location was perfect and the view can't be beat! The Eiffel Tower in view

A quick walk to metro and RER. There are food options around the corner but would walk a little past the tourist traps. Rue Cler is a great option to pickup cheese and meats. The elevator is small but does the trick. The kitchen is the right size and well equipped for a rental.

Perfect location! Literally 1.5 blocks from Eiffel Tower. If you are in Paris for short stay, you can't beat it! 3 bedroom worked great for my wife and I, and our two daughters (6 and 2 yo). Perfect view from the living room/ primary suite, just as shown in photos! Wonderful kitchen/ dinner table. Has EVERYTHING you need to cook full meals. Grocery store 3 buildings down. Multiple restaurants/ breakfast spots close to.

The view that made the whole trip worthwhile

We had an amazing stay in Paris but our favorite thing to do was cozy up on the living room chairs and look at the Eiffel Tower. The apartment’s kitchen is small but we’ll appointed with all the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the elevator is great after a day of exploring Paris. I would steer away from the shops and cafes immediately around the entrance, but there are some amazing bakeries a few blocks away that are the best I’ve had.

My husband and I, and another couple, stayed at Bergerac for 5 nights in June of 2018. As always with Paris Perfect units, the apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are luxurious, as nice as any top-notch hotel. We prefer an apartment to a hotel, particularly when traveling with others, because the living space permits casual gathering over coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The view of the Eiffel Tower from Bergerac is simply stunning! And the location is great, with easy access to both sides of the river and to the shops and restaurants on Rue St. Dominque and Rue de Grenelle. We remain devoted clients of Paris Perfect.

Amazing Stay!

I cannot begin to describe how great of a stay we had at the apartment, and how wonderful the hosts were! We are a family of 5 -- 2 adults, 3 children (ages 8, 6, and 5), visiting for a birthday celebration. The pictures here are completely accurate, but the view is even more spectacular in person. The apartment was the perfect size - very clean and well maintained in a quiet area of the city. The apartment had everything we needed for our family - kitchen amenities/cooking utensils, linens, WiFi, and so much more. The view was stunning - and having a glass of wine on the balcony with the Eiffel Tower right next to us was the perfect way to end our days after visiting museums, local shops, and fantastic restaurants. The hosts/Paris Perfect provided us with such great information on restaurants, museums/attractions, metro info, and so much more. In addition, when AirFrance lost our luggage upon our arrival, they helped us track it down and even met the delivery courier to get our bags delivered to our apartment because we were out (AirFrance did not tell us they were coming to deliver our stuff!). They were complete lifesavers, and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help! This was our first time in Paris, and it won't be our last - we can't wait to come back and would love to stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable for our family!

A perfect apartment, beautifully appointed!

Thank you, Paris Perfect, for a fabulous vacation! This is our second “Perfect” experience, as we enjoyed Italy Perfect in Florence a few years ago. Our family of four spent a wonderful week at the Bergerac. The apartment is located in the cozy 7th, with unreal views of the Tower, and convenient to the Ecole Militaire Metro. Falling asleep to the twinkling lights of the Tower every night was an unexpected treat (and when it stopped being a treat, the bedroom curtains screened the lights completely). The Starter Packs were a lifesaver, and such a great idea: wine, bread, cheese, jamon & metro tickets all waiting for us! Our teenagers (13-year-old Maddy and 16-year-old Teddy) loved the 2CV tour with Christopher - it was a perfect way to start their vacation. 1.5 hours driving through Paris without Mom and Dad! Another highlight was our fashion tour with the lovely Bianca. She is clearly a fashion expert, and tailored our trip so that both Teddy and Maddy found French treasures to bring home. Mom spent some time in Chanel and Hermes, and Bianca even managed to have our photograph taken on Chanel's famed staircase! We had many wonderful moments and none of them would have been possible without Paris Perfect. Oh! I almost forgot to mention Amber and the best wine and cheese pairing we’ve ever experienced. Please tell Amber from now on we will always eat the rind! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What better way to experience Paris than lying in bed gazing at the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower? With an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower the Bergerac also has every convenience a family could desire including a separate dryer. Our family of four slept well on the comfortable mattresses with luxurious linens. Tastefully decorated in a French Style design, no detail was spared down to the cabinet knobs. The staff at Paris Perfect were great at communicating and provided lots of useful information about Paris and the neighborhood. We strongly recommend the Bergerac and it will be our first choice the next time we travel to Paris.

Truly Paris Perfect!

Loved, loved, loved our stay! Apartment was PERFECT for the six of us. My daughters and granddaughters and I were more than happy with location, views, sleeping and bathroom arrangements. Highly recommend. Loved everything about Paris, but the Bergerac was the cherry on top.

Wonderful apartment, located one block from the Eiffel Tower. Clean and comfortable. Amazing views. The only negative was the elevator (lift) was out of service for 5 of the 6 days we were there and it's a climb of 117 steps to reach the apartment. Quite frustrating

Why they chose this property

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
