Great property and fantastic hosts! It was perfect for me and my sister. It was tucked away in the back so very quiet and comfortable. Nicely supplied and our hosts even provided water and juice! Bonus they had the apartment decorated for Christmas!l Be sure to ask for restaurant recommendations! They did not steer us wrong. can’t wait to go back!

"Le Chateau" was fabulous! We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a "home base" while in Paris. The host was so attentive and checked in with us several times during our stay. You will not go wrong if you book this petit gem!
Our host had flowers there to greet us. This picture was taken at the end of our one-week stay.

Would absolutely stay here again! It’s a little gem!

Stayed here for 4 days with family(3 of us) and it was perfect! Location is Amazing and we loved having the little table in the courtyard for breakfast and evening wine.

French sojourn

A quiet oasis in the 7th. We had everything we needed.....well equipped, great shower and very convenient for us with buses and trains close by. It was lovely to have juice, water, fruit and flowers there on arrival. Thank you for such a great stay inbyr delightful chateau. Christine ffGreat area to stay in Paris.

beautiful location and wonderful place to stay

this was our bucket list vacation. our hosts Denis and Annagrettte were amazing and very helpful, contacted us a few times to see if we needed anything, recommendations from food to museums. The Vrbo has all the maps, books and anything else about Paris you could need. The location is perfect we were able to walk to transportation, Eiffel tower, multiple cafe's, bakeries, coffee shops, crepes and more. The Vrbo itself is very welcoming, we were very comfortable and happy with the amenities, the court yard is a cute extention of the place. nice size bathroom and cozy living and kitchen area. We would highly recommend staying here.

Return to “The Petite Chateau”

We return to this property a year and a half after our initial visit and found it just as welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous location, immaculately clean…so much to love! Look forward to a third visit!

Le Petit Château

This property is in a perfect location. We walked everywhere & were happy to return at the end of our days to our cozy home. It’s a very quiet and safe location close to an excellent bakery, a variety of restaurants plus a grocery store- all important facilities for two teenagers! I will definitely recommend this property to other family & friends.

Great little spot!

Great little compact apartment in the heart of Paris! Supermarket, bakery and restaurants all just outside the front door. It was so cool and what we needed as Paris was experiencing a heatwave. Best thing is it’s so quiet. Denis and Annegret are the kindest and loveliest people!

Parisian experience

We spent 5 nights at this Paris rental and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. The experience was exceptional beginning to end. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with recommendations for places to visit as well as basic getting around advice. We walked to all the places we visited (including Paralympic venues) and enjoyed the very comfortable rental and nearby restaurants at the end of the day. A wonderful Parisian experience!

Comfy little apartment in very convenient location

The apartment was just as described, small but had everything we needed. Great little shops in the same block, and easy access to the Metro and bus. The apartment is tucked away in the back of the courtyard, so not much light gets in, but that also made it very quiet and good for sleeping. And, no steps to go up, except in the apartment itself, to the bedroom and bath. Thanks Denis!

Best stay

The stay at this location could not have been better. The hosts met us at the door at arrival. There was fresh fruit waiting for us as well. They gave us ideas of places to go, how to find metro and even arranged an activity for us. The communication was excellent. Everything in the apt was well thought out and well provided including adapters and tea and coffee for the espresso machine. With just a short walk to two metros, bakery just a few doors down and a mini store next door this is the perfect location for your stay!

Very accommodating proprietors, sweet little house

Due to the early arrival of our flight, Denis and Annemagret allowed us to check in before the normal time. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers in a vase waiting for us as well as fresh fruit, juice and 2 liters of Evian! The house is charming. It’s location is very safe and convenient. The prime minister’s residence is only a few blocks away, so plenty of police are around. Lots of bistros, cafes in the area, a boulangerie right across the street and Le Bon Marche nearby. The beds are upstairs. If you are older, it’s a bit difficult to drag your luggage up there on a winding staircase, but we managed. The house has everything you need for your stay. Denis was very helpful in providing us with any information we might need, and he checked in with us several times during our stay to see how we were doing. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful!

My two young adult children (21 and 17) stayed here while visiting Paris. Communication with Denis was phenomenal. He had the kids message him when they left the airport and met them when they arrived. The kids were delighted with the “chateau”. My daughter said “ the house is charming and the perfect size for two or three people because there are two beds and a couch. The kitchen has an espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, so everything you need. Denis left us juice in the fridge, and he made sure we were comfortable and gave us recommendations for what to see in Paris. The neighborhood is in a good location, lots of good restaurants around, a good boulangerie right down the street, close to a lot of metro stops. Denis is very considerate and provided us with everything we needed to have a good week in Paris”. We will definitely be staying here again

Perfect stay

The two best features of this rental are 1) the owners and 2) the bathroom. Denis and Annegret are charming and graciously welcomed me to the apartment, accommodating an early transatlantic arrival. Not all owners/managers are so helpful and can even charge extra for opening apartments before the standard 3-4 o'clock time slot. The bathroom is rare for Paris rentals as it is well put together and offers abundant hot water. The apartment is very well located between the 6th and 7th arrondissement and minutes from the Bon Marche. The apartment is small but cozy and very comfortable for a single traveler or couple.
