4 bed pool home on gated community Emerald Island Resort only minutes from Disney

This luxurious 4 bed/ 3 bath villa is located on the beautiful gated community of Emerald Island Resort just 5 minutes from Disney and 2 mins from shops and restaurants. We are 30 mins drive from Orlando International Airport and under 1 hour from Sanford Airport.

We are situated 5 minutes from Disney & local shops & amenities are just around the corner.Emerald Island is the closest community to the theme parks.

Whilst staying in our home you can benefit from all the facilities of Emerald Island Resort, including volleyball, tennis courts, gym, cyber cafe, bar, nature trails & much more.

The comfortable lounge area has ample seating, large cable TV
In the lounge there is a double size sofa and love seat which has a great view of the large pool and deck

The home has WIFI internet access. Just bring your laptop.

The villa has 2 master bedrooms, both en-suite.
Both have TVs

The home also has 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Both rooms have a TV.

All bedrooms have walk in wardrobes.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with Fridge/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and all other usual gadgets. There are also a washing machine and dryer located in the games room, iron and board if needed.

The pool area has a large south facing pool and deck .
For your safety there is a fence round the pool and alarms fitted to all doors leading to the pool and deck.

The home has a games room installed with a billiard table and air hockey which should keep the kids happy when spending time in the villa.

There is a $20 resort fee payable at the clubhouse

Great location & lots of room

Our family had a great stay at the house. There was more than enough room for everyone, and we were all very comfortable. The pool table was an excellent addition, and we were able to enjoy some quality time together sitting outside around the table. The location is very convenient.

Clean Spacious Home

We stayed at this property as part of our Disney visit. Good location with convenient easy access to all Disney parks. The home is clean throughout and spacious with room for two small families comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a $20 fee per car per stay to get a pass for this gated community. Paid for getting pool heated but did not use as water temperature felt a bit cold especially under the unseasonably low temperatures in the Orlando/Kissimmee area the latter part of December. Overall a good value. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house

This house was clean and comfortable in a great location, very close to Disney. It had everything we needed for a great holiday. There was a small issue with the pool, it went a little bit green the day after a storm. We contacted the management company who responded quickly and the pool was clear and clean the next day. We feel the photos on the website need updating as the house is much nicer than the pictures show.
