This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom waterfront home has been recently purchased and fully remodeled with a relaxing nautical theme. All furnishings are brand new and tastefully arranged to deliver maximum comfort and Florida-style relaxation.

Perfectly located off Del Prado Blvd in central Cape Coral, The Four Aces offers convenient access to Walmart, major shopping, dining, and attractions. Bridges to Fort Myers are just minutes away by car, making this an ideal base for exploring Southwest Florida.

Spacious & Comfortable Accommodations
• Master Bedroom: King bed with private bathroom and direct access to the covered lanai and electric heated pool.
• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, conveniently located closest to the lanai and pool area.
• Guest Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or younger guests.
A shared guest bathroom between the two guest rooms also functions as a convenient pool bath.

Great Service and Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. A major shout out to the management team . Any question or issue that came up was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The property was immaculate and met all our needs perfectly. We would stay here again when looking to stay in Cape Coral.

Communication with the property management team was excellent. Anything we needed was addressed promptly. The house had 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, 3 bedrooms, hangars supplied which was nice and 2 bathrooms, lots of sliding glass doors for great views to the pool. There is a nice canal behind the home along with a patio area next to it. The sun deck is separate outside the screened in pool. The displayed first photo is way different than the furniture that is on the patio and there is no umbrella. I associate Florida with color and the house was virtually colorless. It could use some accent color wall colors. It could use some more Florida style colorful photos on the walls. It was great to have breakfast at the house and grill out as well. We really enjoyed the pool and sun deck, and the house was very comfortable. The house could use a bit of updating and a really great deep cleaning. But virtually I would give this house a four out of five rating.
