Whether it is the ability to dock the boat(bring-your-own or rent) during your stay, fish from the large captain's dock, kayak in the canals, enjoy the heated pool or visit multiple nearby beaches, there is literally something for everyone. You will only be 12 minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club that has a small beach area and awesome restaurant called The Boat House. The larger beaches like Ft. Myers Beach & Bunche Beach are only 20 to 25 minutes from the home. Other nearby beaches include Sanibel Beach, Naples Beach & Captiva Beach which are anywhere from 35 to 55 minutes away.

The home is spacious with over 1,850 sq. ft. and includes 4 beds, 2 bathrooms & 2 large living rooms. The separate living spaces are great because everyone can spread out and enjoy a vacation without being cramped. The home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests with the use of the queen sofa sleeper sofa in the front living room.

Just step outside one of the 2 sliding patio doors to bask in the sun or swim in the heated pool that is fully screen enclosed! The pool(solar & electric) is heated between 86 to 88 degrees year-round without needing to pay additional pool heating fees. The Eastern and Southern sun exposures on the pool will get you that glowing tan throughout the day. When you are wanting relief from the sun, retreat to the wonderful shaded area under the large lanai to stay cool. Take some time to walk around the outside of the property to appreciate the colorful plantings & white sea shell beds. Also, try to discover which palm trees inspired the name Palms Over Water.

The inside of the home was redone and refurnished in 2021 to give Palms Over Water its modern, coastal contemporary vibe. A sense of Florida relaxation will welcome you as soon as you enter the property. And if relaxing for you involves staying connected online or watching TV, we have you covered with high-speed fiber optic internet (750 mbps) & 4 Smart TV's...including a 70" Smart TV and outdoor TV on the lanai.

Palms Over Water Villa has been equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen is fresh and clean with new sparkling quartz countertops and white tile backsplash. Coffee is provided along with all the pots and pans needed for cooking a homemade meal. There is a pass-through window to the outside lanai bar countertop. The inside kitchen counter also has a breakfast bar. No need to worry about bringing beach gear as the home offers complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, hard-sided and soft sided coolers, beach umbrellas and beach toys! It is important to us that you are comfortable! We want you to have the best night's sleep possible during your stay. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and it has been appointed with a brand new iComfort by Serta hybrid cooling mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a Sealy Queen Mattress and the 3rd bedroom has a new ZINUS Green Team Cooling Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress w/Pocket Inner Springs. The new sofa queen sleeper in the living room has an upgraded, gel, memory foam mattress. Enjoy your vacation even when you are sleeping!
