At Sanibel Surfside 115, it's beach front living at it's best! Now is your opportunity to wake up to waves breaking on the beach! This fantastic 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo has it all! Direct beach front with expansive views of the Gulf from the extended lanai. The entire condo has been completely remodeled and upgraded and has been outfitted with all new furniture and furnishings. There is also assigned, covered parking available underneath the building. Start the morning off with coffee as the sun rises and continuing your day watching the dolphins playing in the surf, island life doesn't get better than this. Sanibel Surfside is conveniently located at the East end of the island which allows for easy access to the causeway and close proximity to restaurants and shops. The complex offers great amenities including pool, tennis courts, shuffle boards, clubhouse and grills.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 rollaway Twin bed (sleeps 5), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, screened-in lanai, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboards, 1 tennis & 2 pickle ball courts, elevators, covered parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Smoking is prohibited (including e-cigs/vaping). NO SMOKING anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. WE ARE NOW A 100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.

**Important Update for Sanibel Surfside Reopening: We are excited to welcome you back!
While we're working hard to restore all amenities, please note that some facilities may not be available during your stay. Currently, elevators, shuffleboard and grills are unavailable. We expect these amenities to be restored by mid 2026 though the exact timeline is still pending and cannot be guaranteed.
Building 1 elevator replacement of outdated electronics and cab refurbishment is scheduled to begin on 4/6/26 and is expected to be completed by 5/8/26, however cannot guaranteed. Use of the stairs will be required during this time period. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to restore these amenities, and we look forward to providing you with a full Surfside experience soon!
