Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida - and this home is ideally located just minutes by car to the downtown Bonita Springs area, shopping, restaurants, and the sun and sand of Bonita Beach Park and the Gulf of Mexico. Immediately to the north of Bonita Springs will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the home, you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and 5 miles to Bonita Beach

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.

Please also note that any number of guests above the advertised occupancy is strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of neighbors. No loud parties or large gatherings are permitted.
