The floors were so dirty just walking from the bathroom to the living room with fresh white socks on they were brown. Kitchen was very unorganized, glad I brought a lot of my kitchen stuff from home. The master bed had a broken box spring. Got a hold of the manager. She ordered another one to be delivered. Told her we would not be there but we put the old one on the porch and asked her to tell them to leave the new one and take the old one. They came while we were not there and left the old one and did not leave the new one. We purchased a piece of plywood to fix it. Washing machine ,while spinning the clothes, sounded like an earthquake hit the house. Could not do any laundry , including starting the bedding as asked in check out. No trash bags , had to buy those. Outside of house filthy, covered in dirt and mold. Have plenty of pictures for proof. Very dissapointing!

Our stay was very relaxing and filled with charm. Every space was cleaned, organized and offered us exactly what we expected and needed. Since we were women traveling, the simplicity of this location to navigate to was so appreciated. The porch was a delight.

Great location well appointed house.

We stayed at this house when I daughter was married several years ago. The house is comfortable , very clean and well appointed. We love the location since it is walkable to restaurants, the museum and interesting shops downtown.

Deland Bungalow

Home is super cute and has plenty of room.The hosts provided all the little necessities should we have forgotten something. Home is close to downtown DeLand which is become amazing with all the different shops, restaurants and bars.

Great location

Stayed here to visit my sisters who spend the winter in Florida. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. We liked it very much. Close to the adorable downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Will return.

The property was wonderful as was the location. We did have an issue with the heat and needed to contact the property manager. She was amazing and solved the problem immediately. We would definitely arrange another stay in this property on our next visit to Deland.

Cute little house that's not so little!

I was impressed with the renovations that have been done. The house provided two rooms for my daughter and her husband and their two daughters close to each other and a master suite that allowed my husband and I to enjoy being with them, but not be disturbed by them. It served as a great home base as we visited family in Florida. We'd definitely stay there again!

Bass Fishing Stay

This was a great little property and communication with the management team was good. The driveway was a little small for my truck and my bass boat, but it would be fine for three vehicles otherwise. I would stay there again...

Great Location

We were here for our daughter’s graduation from Stetson. Overall this property was good. The location was great. My only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay

Place is great to stay. The bedroom that has the sofa bed is really an office. There wasnt a closet or dresser to put away clothes in. Both front bedrooms also didnt have mirrors, so was difficult getting ready when only sharing the one bath. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

trouble

due to delayed flight i arrived late evening. i had trouble with the lock box and could not get hold of anybody. I had to stay at a hotel the first night. After that my communication with the contact was good. the contact was apologetic and said they had talked to VRBO about refunding me the first day. I'm still waiting to hear from VRBO about this.

Cozy Cottage

My family enjoyed the amenities and cozy cottage in DeLand. We were able to walk to downtown for dinner. The energy and vibrancy of this wonderful college town was wonderful. The space was very accommodating and well appointed. Great visit.
