Great weekend getaway

We had a great stay. We had a bit of a problem getting check in instructions, but as soon as we contacted the VRBO representative, the property manager contacted us right away. I would suggest bringing extra towels (esp beach towels), garbage bags and toilet paper. Otherwise great place and nice view. I would definitely return!

Not what we thought it would be

The listing says studio apartment, not a hotel room, beds were like sleeping on wooden slats . We were given the wrong code and we tried for almost 2 hours before we were finally able to get in with the new code.

The property itself is in a great location, easy to navigate. Our unit definitely needs some TLC. Might be a good idea to take the gallons of paint cans out of the room, paint the ceiling and update the fixtures. I’m no expert, but the ceiling appeared to have mold. Also, we were unable to take advantage of the pickle ball and Cornhole because unit did not have bags or paddles/balls (friends in a different unit did have them in their room). This may also be petty, but might be a good idea to provide more than two 1/4 size rolls of TP for a 5 day stay. If you want to have evening hot tub or pool time, this is not the place for you. Shout out to John the bartender at Sunset grill for being so welcoming!

Sadly disappointed

The ad shows lots of pictures of the beach areas and most of these areas are no longer there. Due to hurricanes. We were not informed of this. The one time we went for a walk down to the tiny beach area we got yelled at for being on private property. Even after we apologized we were asked by security where we were staying. This is far from what the ad and pictures show. Half the area by the tiny beach area in front of the bar was fenced off. The room had mold on the shower liner the dishes were dirty and you dont have a sink to wash dishes you use the bathroom sink. The pillows were stained and the curtains are really torn up. The light outside of the room cant be shut off so it kept us up all night. Sadly disappointed in this place. This is really far from a resort beach area. Very misleading ad on virbo for this place. We were glad to leave. I wouldn't stay here again.

This room was full of mold on ceiling in bathroom on ceiling in main room, on pictures and in venting, floors dirty , no daily house keeping ,4 towels your responsibility to wash coin laundry that did not work , was glad to get out of there...

As described

The property was extremely clean! It was perfect for what we needed! My only issue was there was a typo in the directions I was given and spent 30 minutes looking for a building that didn’t exist. I reached out to the host and never heard back so I took a chance on the building I thought it may be and was able to get into the room. Overall we had a great experience.

Quick visit

The property was as advertised. It is a basic room with a mini fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. We appreciated the little counter above the fridge. The balcony is a great place to chill out and watch the water. It could use some small tweaks to make it even better. Level the fridge and table, spruce up the curtains above the ac unit, and clean the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Could use a thorough cleaning

The room was not cleaned when we arrived. It’s a good thing we had plans to occupy us while it got cleaned. The room could use a good thorough cleaning….pictures over the bed had mold on them and the bathroom ceiling has spots of mold as well. Pictures were a bit misleading.
