We understand your frustration with the outdated feel of the space and the limited kitchen items, including only two coffee cups for four people and not enough knives. The home should be thoughtfully prepared for the number of guests it accommodates, and we apologize that this was not your experience. Your comments will be shared with our management team and the property owner so the kitchen inventory, furnishings, and overall updates can be reviewed. We apologize for the AC going out for a day, the electrical sockets that were not working, and the shower light issue. Those are important comfort and maintenance items, and we understand how frustrating they would be during your visit. We’ll be sharing this with our maintenance team so these concerns can be reviewed and addressed properly. We’re also sorry the patio was not clean when you arrived. While we’re glad the team was able to come out and clean it, it should have been ready for you before check-in. That said, we’re very sorry this particular unit did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding the dated condition, maintenance concerns, cleanliness, stained bathroom flooring, dirty patio furniture, spiderwebs, missing cabinet doors, uncomfortable bedding, and overall need for updating will be shared with our management team, housekeeping team, maintenance team, and the unit owner for review. We’re especially concerned by your comments about the communal stairs feeling unsafe. Guest safety is extremely important, and that feedback will be passed along to the appropriate property management team so the stair condition can be inspected. We also appreciate your comments about the very small upstairs shower, inadequate downstairs bathroom ventilation, and the differences you noticed between units. Because these are individually furnished units, finishes and updates can vary, but every unit should still meet appropriate standards for cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, and presentation. We regret that the photos and overall condition did not align with your expectations and that you would not choose this room again. Thank you for providing such specific feedback, as it helps identify where meaningful improvements are needed.
