Welcome to "Shimmering Shells" your new island paradise nestled in the beautiful & secluded Sanibel Bayous neighborhood!

This gorgeous west-end home boasts 3 bedrooms plus a loft space & 2 bathrooms and has been updated and outfitted with beautiful upgraded finishes & coastal decor. Come and enjoy all the beauty of our incredible Sanctuary Island and the Sanibel wildlife in all it's glory right in your own back yard! The location to the beach is a leisurely 20 minute walk where you'll spend your days strolling for that rare Junonia shell or enjoying the amazing Florida sunsets! Morning, noon & nights, can be spent in your large private-heated pool made for the whole family to enjoy and relax. So pack you bags, bring your family -- even bring your dog! This is the Sanibel home away from home you've been anxiously waiting to enjoy!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms + loft/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds & 2 pull-out futon sofas (sleeps 8), 4 flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely delightful. Very nice amenities, new kitchen appliances and phenomenal cooking utensils, large pool, lovely furnishings and a very attentive staff from the rental agency.
