The entry level features three bedrooms, each furnished with single beds, as well as the main bathroom, laundry, and a cozy sitting area with a TV. From here, step out onto the outdoor deck equipped with a shower, a courtyard, and direct access to the walkway that leads straight to the beach.

Upstairs, the combined air-conditioned living, kitchen and dining area provides a bright and welcoming space to relax. This level also includes a second bathroom and an outdoor deck with comfortable furnishings, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea breeze.
