Ron, Thank you so very much for sharing your experience at the Just Plain Getaway. We are happy to hear you found the property cozy and the kitchen well equipped. We understand about the check in and check out times and that is why we are pretty flexible with guests requesting an earlier check in or later check out if the housekeeping schedule will allow. So we appreciate your noting that. We hope to hear from you again at any of our 51 NW Comfy Cabins properties and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to have hosted you this December. Thank you Alisha so very much for sharing your feedback about your stay at our NW Comfy Cabin the Just Plain Getaway. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the cabin super clean and quiet. We are only allowed a 3 car max in this driveway so I am so sorry you found it to be tight. We will take a look at the couch (it is brand new) and see if there is an interlocking system that may not have been connected and get that taken care of. Look forward to hosting you again. Best, Jeanie, NW Comfy Cabins Vacation Rentals

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your stay. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered, and we will address them promptly, the fireplaces have not been turned on yet for the season and had we gotten a communication about this we most certainly could have sent someone up to light the pilot light as well as brought a replacement bulb. The kitchen essentials are not noted on our amenities list and I apologize for any confusion on that. Please know that we strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We hope you had an overall pleasant stay and look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future.
