Looking for a seaside getaway? This cosy studio apartment is ideal for a weekend getaway and is located over the road from Cowes Beach, a short stroll to Erehwon Park playground, easy walking distance to the main shopping street and an abundance of local cafes and restaurants. The studio unit is situated on the second floor with lift access, in the Waves complex, the balcony overlooks the car park. Inside the entry is a small kitchenette, there is a dining table, a fridge, microwave and cook top, and some kitchen equipment. There are no separate bedrooms, with a Queen bed in the lounge room and tri bunk in the dining/kitchenette area. The studio suits a family of 2 adults & 3 children looking for a holiday near the beach. The lounge/queen bed area has a flat screen TV, study desk, split system heater/air conditioner, balcony with a table and two chairs. The very spacious central bathroom has a large corner spa, toilet and separate shower & hair dryer is provided. LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. There is off street parking for one car - NO PETS ALLOWED - NO WIFI GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY 2024 Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Not So Great Accommodation in a Great Location

When finally getting into our room, after attempting to follow the bad instructions for car parking, we found missing skirting boards, mystery stains and no promised free Wi-Fi with terrible mobile reception. Beds were not the most comfortable and shower was not great, but bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was adequate for short weekend stay, and rooms were a good size. Balcony facing the car park was fine but could be noisy. Location to central Cowes area and the beach was great.

The Waves Cowes Phillip Island
We were led to believe from the online photos that we would have sea views. But we got the car park instead.
The shower was not properly sealed and it flooded the bathroom and toilet whenever we used it. We used all the towel that we wee given to seal the base and had to use our beach towels after showering. We also were given the bed linen when we picked up our keys and had to make our own bed. No very professional.

We stayed here over Easter and were absolutely delighted with our time away. The apartment was located perfectly, clean and comfortably fitted our family. It had a roller door to separate the kids sleep area to the parents sleep area which meant they could go to bed earlier if needed-perfect for young families. It was described exactly how it was presented and getting the keys on a public holiday was very straight forward.We thank you for our stay and will definitely consider this or another property via you in the future.

1. There was no aircon working for the first night couldn't sleep due to so hot in motel 2. over rated 3. Had to pay for our towels & sheets extra $40-$50 4. Unprofessional & rude on the phone at the Wave apartments not the real estate 5. Making us take away our rubbish & bins out 6. Dirty cups & glasses 7. No Foxtel or anything to watch except tv & DVD player will never be back again hope you understand theses things arnt hard to be there for ur customers.Wasn't a good stay .

Tv remote was sticky to the touch I tried to clean it but the grime was so thick so I just wrapped it in plastic when using it
