Hi Michael, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the odour in the guest bedroom, this is certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We haven’t received this report previously and the home isn't pet friendly, but we will absolutely be inspecting the room and arranging appropriate treatment to ensure the issue is fully resolved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad to hear the rest of your stay was otherwise okay.
