What makes this property unique is the English barn style look and quality of the build, built by your host. Located near by is the local rowing club with a small boat ramp convenient for water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking. The beautiful town of Picton is a 25 minute drive away, the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Explore the local vineyards, restaurants, rivers, fishing and hunting.

Clean, well maintained and welcoming holiday home in a lovely location. 10 mins to Blenheim centre, the unit is in a very quiet and picturesque spot. Good facilities and kitchen essentials provided. The owners were responsive and helpful. Swimming spot nearby in Blenheim Rowing Club is great for kids. We had a great stay!

What a location! Hosts David and Sandra were great - friendly and accommodating. “The Barn” is a lovely property with just about everything you need. Don’t be put off by the fact that the kitchen sink is around the corner in the bathroom - blame local council rules! Newer induction cooktop and air fryer are more than adequate, plus there is a large BBQ outside.
