Wonderful stay!!

This place has everything you need then some! It was clean and ready for us as soon as we unlocked the door. Tucked away in the hills but not too far from restaurants and shopping. Great place, would stay again if we are ever in the area!

Excellent weekend!

We had 10 adults staying at the property, had plenty of room and had a great time! It was a great location, had all the amenities we needed, and the location was perfect. Good neighbors, great dock and roomy house.

House was perfect for our group of girls for the long weekend! Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and lots of space for us to enjoy our time. The outdoor space right by the water was great!

Lakefront on the Ozarks

This lakefront home is awesome. The owners have it well stocked and it is by far one of the best lakefront homes we have rented. Very clean and well maintained. No issues to report, everything was absolutely wonderful. The weather was rainy but the accommodations made up for it. Fishing in the cove is top notch. We caught catfish, bluegill, and bass, just make sure you hang on to your pole because a fish took off with one of ours. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Girls Weekend

House was just as described, very clean and welcoming. Wonderful outdoor three tier deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Owner was very helpful and promptly assisted us via text when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace.

Family Getaway

The house was fantastic for our large family. It had everything we could have need! Host was very responsive, even tried to help with boat issues! The driveway is extremely bumpy and has large potholes, as long as you drive slow you shouldn’t have any issues.

Wonderful

Exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable with every convenience. Fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed the lake, kids jumped off the dock, tried out the kayaks, and played on the lily pad. Cove was very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this to families!

Great Place

The house and location were great! Having a private dock and ample outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks provided at the dock. Plenty of towels for everyone! The cleaning job that was done before we arrived wasn’t great. I tried to reach out to the host a couple days before our arrival and never got a response. The 30 minute drive to Osage Beach was worth the privacy and quiet area that the house is located. It’s just a few miles to restaurants. Overall, great place!!

Great house and host

We had 6 adults and three young children. The house was perfect with plenty of bedrooms, a pack and play and a large kitchen. The deck is as advertised and was great for dinner. We enjoyed the hot tub as it got cooler in the evening. The house was clean, well appointed, and easy to find. The house is in the very back of the cove, which protects the house from waves and traffic. The water was relatively shallow, The location of the dock made docking the boat a little more difficult but it’s doable if you have boating experience. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the kayaks. Would recommend time and time again.

Everything was perfect!!

We have rented many houses down at the Ozarks and this house is a winner! The main living area is very spacious and we all were very impressed by the kitchen and all it offered. The outside set up is beautiful and perfect. This house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 4 king beds upstairs with two bathrooms. 1 queen bed downstairs with one bathroom and the main living area. Just wanted to clarify because the pictures and description under them are confusing. Thanks for having us and sharing your home!! ◡̈

Beautiful home perfect for our group of eight

Beautiful home perfect for our group of eight! The property was beautiful, up-to-date and clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Lots of extras when it came to kitchen furnishings, which is important to us because we cooked every meal this past week. We really enjoyed the deck on days when it was warm enough. Wish we had been there when the hot tub was still running. Literally the only negative was the trouble we had finding the home initially. It would help to have the address visibly posted by the road or some landmark we could look for. Once we found it, though, it was the perfect place for our week away.

Over-priced and Presentation was not as Listed

Here are the pluses: numerous bedrooms and bathes, well stocked kitchen. Here are the negatives: I expected the property to look like the picture but the decks were dirty, furniture covered, hot tub dirty as well as BBQ pit. We had to clean the deck and tables in order to use it. Bulb out in lower-level bedroom, need bath mats at each tub/shower, need more towels throughout and the icemaker was so slow we had to buy ice. I didn't feel like the property equaled the cost.

Awesome property; great setup!!

Five couples went down to have a weekend away. The house was set up perfectly with 4 bedrooms up, all spacious and one down. The kitchen and living room area were very accommodating - lots of room. This property had absolutely everything we needed to make big breakfasts, two different coffee pots, griddles, games, beach towels, life jackets and more!! Right outside is a nice big deck and the fire pit area was furnished with comfy, outdoor chairs and couch and the dock was perfect for our boat. We would definitely stay here again!! The property was super clean and so very well decorated and organized! The only downfall if you can call it that is that it was difficult to get Uber or Lyft to pick us up so we ended up staying at the house each night but still had fun!!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We enjoyed the back deck and dock for early morning coffee. It was peaceful and relaxing and we also enjoyed evenings on the deck as well. The home was clean and well furnished with a large living room and kitchen.

Summer fun with friends.

Our group of 10 friends had a great time at the lake house this weekend. The house, kitchen, dining/living room, two decks and dock all had plenty of room for all of us. We would recommend the house to anyone.

The house was very nice and fit the needs of our family. The boat slip is at the end of the cove and is very tight to get a boat into and out of because of the surrounding docs. The water is also not very deep by the boat slip (around 8 ft). Make sure you lock the doors at all times as we had two people enter the home and claim they were renting the place.

Awesome family vacation!

We had a great time on our family vacation! The house was beautiful & the layout was perfect for big families or groups. There was plenty of parking in the front of the house & down below. Everything was very well stocked including the kitchen & all the bedrooms & bathrooms, and the beds were really comfortable too! The kitchen/dining/living room area was nice & open for everyone to be together. It's a great house for families with kids! Very inviting! We spent most of our time outside. The deck was awesome! It has plenty of seats for everyone to sit & enjoy the awesome lake view. The hot tub was a bonus! Also, the dock was in a perfect location on the cove for swimming, fishing & kayaking. The kids loved swimming & jumping off the dock! Also, very well stocked with life jackets, kayaks & floats. There was even a couple small tables & chairs for extra seating. The resident neighbors were super nice & very helpful! We would highly recommend & can't wait to go back!

Spacious, nice & clean for large groups

We enjoyed this home with ample space for our group of 9, the deck, hot tub and dock. We rented a wave runner for 2 days and it was nice to have a place to land. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes but also a fully stocked kitchen! We would rent again!

Amazing weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend family get away. It was spacious and very clean. The deck overlooking the lake was beautiful. The furniture was big and comfortable with lots of seating for all. The dock had a slip for the boat we rented and they had a Lilly pad and kayaks too for us to use. We cooked while we were there and the host had all the amenities. The kitchen is large and perfect for a big group. The bathrooms were stocked with lots of towels and the hosts even provided beach towels. These owners have thought of everything and made this a perfect weekend getaway with my family!

Fun trip in a great space

We loved our stay in this comfortable, tucked away bay. Easily accommodated 5 couples with 2 boats. Used the kayaks, big kitchen, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful deck area.

Awesome Place! Had a great time!

Really enjoyed the lake house for the week! We decided that spring break would be a good time for a change of scenery, and ended up being just what we were looking for. The check-in and out instructions were clear, and we had no issues getting set up at the place. Although it was only my wife and kids (9, 6, and 3), there was a ton of extra space for a much larger group. 4 huge bedrooms upstairs, and 1 down stairs. The downstairs is very set up for entertaining with lots of seating. We really enjoyed the multilevel deck, and views of the lake. The lake was at low winter pool, but I would expect swimming off the dock in the summer would be great. This place is well-furnished and well kept! Also it's just a short drive to Frankie and Louie's, or to the Woods grocery store. We also spent some time at Ha Ha Tonka State Park hiking one day, and took the kids to the indoor water park at Margaritaville. This will definitely be our preferred lake spot, and look forward to coming back!!
