Any evidence of tampering or damage to pool alarms will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.*

*Check-in time is 4 pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 10 am on the day of your departure. *Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
