Island H2O Live! let’s you have a fabulous day of water park fun on your own terms. You can make a splash on our slides including our multi-guest racer, hang out in our refreshing lazy river, and watch our Live! entertainment including DJ’s, parties, and amazing surprise guests.


This water park is the first of its kind and themed completely around social media. Streaming and posting your experience is all a part of the fun – simply sync up your wristband with our app and make some waves! You and your friends will capture tons of great photo and video moments for your feed while never losing your vacation aesthetic (or your phone)!



WATER PARK ISN’T INCLUIDED IN THE NIGHT RATE YOU HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN TICKETS



•THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.



•HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



•POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.


Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)



•FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.



•TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash and keep a clean home.


Last-Minute Booking Disclaimer -


For reservations made 30 days or less before check-in, we only accept payments via cash, money order, or Zelle. Credit or debit card payments are not accepted for last-minute bookings.


Additionally, Friday bookings for check-in on Saturday must be completed by 4:00 PM on Friday. The guest must be present to sign the rental agreement and provide a valid ID at the time of payment.


Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the cancellation of the booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
