Willkommen in Villa Coral Sunrise!

Es gibt Ferienhaeuser, da merkt man schon bei der Ankunft, dass man hier eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg moechte. Villa Coral Sunrise ist eines dieser besonderen Ferienhaeuser. 2021 erbaut beeindruckt das bildschoene Haus mit grosszuegigem Design und stilvoller Einrichtung. Das offene Wohnkonzept verbindet nahtlos Esszimmer, Kueche und Wohnzimmer. Drei Schlafzimmer (1 King und 2 Queen Betten) stehen bis zu sechs Gaesten zur Verfugung. Das Masterschlafzimmer hat ein angeschlossenes Bad, waehrend sich Schlafzimmer 2 + 3 ein Gaestebad teilen. Das dritte Badezimmer ist ein praktisches Poolbad mit Dusche.

Die malerische Lage an einem Suesswasserkanal im Suedwesten Cape Corals ist sehr ruhig und wer Entspannung im Florida-Urlaub sucht, der wird sie hier im Uebermass finden. Der Salzwasserpool ist elektrisch beheizbar. Dank der Suedlage der Terrasse ist der Poolbereich den ganzen Tag lang von der Sonne verwoehnt. Die Liegestuehle stehen schon bereit. Jetzt fehlen nur noch Sie!

Bitte beachten: Der Mietbetrag richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Gaeste. Die Basismiete gilt nur fur zwei Gaeste. Die $500 Kaution ist komplett erstattbar. Die Stromkosten von $0.15 / kWh sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen und werden bei Abreise nach Verbrauch waehrend Ihres Aufenthaltes kalkuliert. Gemaess einer staedtischen Verordnung liegt die Mindestmietdauer fuer Ferienhauser in Cape Coral bei 7 Naechten.


Welcome to Villa Coral Sunrise!

There are some vacation homes where you realize from the moment you arrive that you don't really want to leave again. Villa Coral Sunrise is one of those rare properties. Built in 2021, this gorgeous home impresses with a spacious design and stylish interior. The open concept seamlessly connects dining room, kitchen and living room. Three bedrooms (1 King and 2 Queen beds) accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features an en-suite bath, while bedrooms 2 + 3 share a guest bath. The third bathroom is a convenient pool bath with shower.

The picturesque location on a freshwater canal in SW Cape Coral is very quiet and if you are looking for peace and relaxation during your stay in Florida, you'll find it here in abundance. The saltwater pool has an electric heater. Thanks to the southern exposure of the patio, the pool area is sun-kissed all day long. Lounge chairs are already set up. The only thing missing is you!

Please note: The rental rate is based on the number of guests. The basic rent only covers two guests.The $500 security deposit is fully refundable. The electric fee of $0.15 / kWh is not included and will be charged at departure based on the usage during your stay. As per local ordinance, the minimum rental period for vacation homes in Cape Coral is 7 nights.

My husband and I stayed in this home for 1 week. It's new, clean and spacious. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a pool enclosed by screen. Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. We loved this home and would definitely come back again!

Our stay was enjoyable .. although the house lacked several necessary items, such as aluminum foil and saran wrap. The lighting in the living room area is very minimal, ok to watch TV but not to read. Otherwise very comfortable.

Simply Wonderful!

What a delightful stay at Coral Sunrise. Check-in was a snap. Sven was a delight. The house/pool itself was was simply beautiful. It's a new build (2020 I think). The home was immaculate and roomy. Everything you need for a wonderful getaway (7 weeks) was at your fingertips. The top quality appliances & furniture were first class throughout. 3 minutes from the Wal-Mart Food Store and 8 minutes from Cape Coral Parkway and all the restaurants & shops. We hope to rent it again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful snowbird stay at Coral Sunrise.

Everything about this property is exactly how it’s listed. It was the perfect vacation home for our family. The location was great, pool was amazing, beds were comfortable, home was spotless, and the amenities were great. There was a small issue with the master tub, a quick text to the property manager, and it was fixed that afternoon. There was no curtain/shade in the master, I was in contact with the company prior to our arrival with the understanding that something for privacy would be installed prior to our arrival. However when we arrived there was nothing installed, I contacted the property manager upon arrival asking when/if a blind would be installed, they were unsure of an exact date, was told “hopefully Monday or Tuesday”, someone showed up the day before we left wanting to install them, I told them we were only there for 1 more night, no point in doing it now. That was my only complaint. There is no live tv available in the bedrooms, streaming only. I would rent this home again.

Family Spring Break trip

This home has a great kitchen, and the remote control beds in all the rooms were an added treat. Bathrooms were all upgraded and done beautifully. The pool and lanai area are large and great for enjoying the outside time. We loved grilling and hanging by the heated pool. Sven, our property manger, was super helpful and available by text for anything. We were very comfortable in the home and happy with all the amenities :)

Checkin was easy. The home was very nice. They have added window covering to the master bedroom patio door. The pool area was very nice with enough comfortable seating for us all.
