Welcome to the Pier Pleasure II! This newly built waterfront 3 bedroom home on Copano Bay is the perfect place to spend time relaxing whether you are fishing off the private fishing pier or watching the unforgettable sunsets. A lighted fishing pier with green lights and a charcoal grill makes this home the perfect place to catch and cook your next fish.

This home is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, an island with seating, a dining table, and a living area which makes it a great place to spend time with family and friends. The living room has a huge TV, perfect to watch your favorite sports team. On one side of the main living area is a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanity and a large shower. On the other side is a short hall with two bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom. The living room couch is also a queen sleeper sofa.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family had a great time here! We were able to fish right off the pier and relax on the porch. It was the perfect size for our group of 5 and was a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

The property is immaculate and located on the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean and watch the sunset. it is a short trip to town, but still remote enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house was perfect for our needs. We sat on the pier every evening and caught hardheads, gafftop, trout, crabs and a stingray. My kids loved it. The house had everything we needed and is in a good location.
