Beautiful beach house less than hour from Toronto! Fully renovated and only 100m from the water, 3 beds, 2 bath sleeps 6! beautiful Lake Simcoe with clear water and sandy beaches all around. De la Salle Park is just behind the house. Lake views from the back yard and front yard. Fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, Smart TV.

End of summer get away

Beautifully maintained property, close proximity to the beach. Water views from the back yard, which backs onto a lovely quiet park. Host was pleasant to communicate with. Very accommodating and readily available if needed. We would love to book this property again next year. My daughter absolutely loved the time we spent there.

Our Stay

It was kind of underwhelming. Most of the beaches are resstricted to owners and can be fristrating when we come near the lake for a good time. Much of the facilities such as offered there are also off-limits to the public. 6/10

Jacksons Point, Georgina rental

Some things not mentioned: No patio furniture/ outdoor tables to eat at... Just 4 small folding chairs ... View of water is limited due to overgrown trees. Yard was unkept/grass was long. House was clean; but sink was clogged on one side and no plunger available to use. And the bedrooms had no closets or dressers and were very small. Neighbourhood was nice. Beach was close.

Beautiful Location

This cottage is located in a really pretty location, very close to the water. It is pretty much as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are on the small side and have no closets. We enjoyed the backyard and the view of the water very much. Unfortunately, the floors in the cottage had not been cleaned when we arrived, and there was food left in the fridge and some spilled liquid from previous visitors. I also noticed when I went looking for an earring I dropped, that the floors underneath my bed were extremely dirty. I had a lovely chat with the owner, who said he would discuss the issues with his cleaning lady. I appreciated his quick response and concern. Overall it was a great weekend, and the cottage was lovely, I was just very disappointed with the dirt.

Mighty and comfortable

Enjoyed staying at this cottage very much. It is clean, comfortable, and looks great. Everything is provided and feels like home. The owners are accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

Enjoyable Stay

The house came equipped with everything needed for our stay. It is a short distance to Lake Simcoe, and spacious enough to shave slept five guys. Peter answered all questions I had. Would recommend.

Perfection!

Our trip to Sutton unfortunately was due to a death in the family. We booked this little cottage as a retreat and couldn't have asked for better accommodations! The owners were incredibly sweet and very helpful as the cottage was completely ready for us upon our arrival. Open concept, immaculate, newly renovated with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and steps from the lake, our home away from home! We would highly recommend renting this cottage and we would love to stay here again. Thank you Peter for all the extra touches!

Incredible Stay

I went there in late-December to early-January to escape from the city and get some much-needed R&R. I travelled there by myself, although the property is perfectly suited for couples and small families. It was snowing on the day of my arrival. The driveway was shoveled literally minutes prior to my arrival. The hosts, Peter and Felicia, left a lovely personalized note and a box of chocolates on the table. The space is incredibly clean, with a simple minimalist modern interior. The lake (Jackson's Point) is literally 30 steps out the front door, with a clear view of the lake through the backyard. Scenic and long walks through the neighbourhood and beach was a daily must for me. Grocery stores, Beer Store and the LCBO are a 15 minute walk away. As someone who rents extensively when I travel, this place came as a true pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this place, these hosts. Thank you for giving me precisely what I needed!
