Great place to chill in North OC

The condo is great, well lit and in a good location in North OC. There are tons of great restaurants around and is right by the beach. Check in was easy and everything was "as listed" on VRBO.

Spring Cruisin

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It is very clean and easily accessible. We particularly like the covered parking spot. During our stay last year, the hot water was an issue, but this year all of our showers were great. Thank you for listening to your clients. We are hoping to stay here again in the fall.

Beautiful place

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very nice with beautiful views. The best of both worlds with the ocean and bay views. The only downside was the internet connection. We had to use our mobile hotspots to watch tv a few days. Tried calling our “property contact” and she never called back which was annoying. Other than that we loved it. May book again if the internet gets fixed.

Cruisin Weekend Stay

The property was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the balcony with views of the ocean and Coastal Highway. Only complaint was the lack of hot water, we had to stagger showers and make sure we were quick. Would definitely stay here again.

This would be a 5 star review but

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 5 and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was very nice. The view from the balcony overlooks the strip and the beach which was very relaxing and beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking our coffee. It’s only 2 minute walk from the room to the beach which was nice. This is a great location for families. This would be a 5 star review but there were some things that we felt like we shouldn’t have had to deal with considering we paid a couple thousand to stay there. The first day we ran out of hot water when two people showered at the same time, so for the remainder of the week we had to stagger our showers and limit our time in the shower. Not sure if there’s an issue with the water heater or if they have it on a timer. Also, we only got 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for the 5 of us for the entire week, which we should have been provided more. The tv in the living room doesn’t work at all. We even tried to switch the batteries from another remote and it still didn’t work. So it must be some electrical issue with the outlet, I don’t know. We did see a few reviews that addressed these same issues but we thought since it was brought up previously it would have been fixed but it wasn’t.

Great holiday weekend getaway

Clean and relaxing condo by the beach. Perfect for the family that wants to hit up the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants OC has to offer. We will be back!!!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and views. Clean and well stocked. Very easy to get out to the beach and close by locations. Only downside was hot water- limited and would run out if 2 people showered at some time.

Great views

Overall it was a good few days. Minor issue with the television in the master keeping connection, which was a bummer for my mom who has a disability. The beds and sheets in the 2nd room are hard. The place was clean and as pictured. I come to OC a few times a year, this was my first time in this bldg and unit, not sure if I would stay here again. Communication with property manager was subpar.

Ocean City family vacation

Pro’s- Check in was very easy, and staff at Condo was very nice. Location and views were as advertised, and Condo was clean and in general the place was very nice. Con’s- the Wi-Fi and TV streaming service ( as there was no normal tv/ cable) was terrible ( sucks since we had rainy weather and had to stay in a few days and had to deal with that ). The beds/ mattresses in both rooms were not very comfortable unfortunately. The bathroom shower/ tub that went with the 2 double bedroom was not level and the water ran off the side of the tub and all over the floor making a big mess every time someone got a shower ( and yes we know how to use this type of shower/ tub combo as we have the same setup at our house and never have any issues like this thus making me come to the conclusion of tub not being level and allowing water to run onto floor next to the toilet ). Sent an email to my “ Contact person “ about a couple things after 1st day and never got a response ?? Lastly it does suck having to pay $50.00 to be able to use the pool but I understand that that helps the Condo community there with the upkeep of the pool but the fact that $50.00 also goes towards using the parking spot for the Condo that you are renting on the property is really ridiculous, I mean if you don’t pay then you’re parking across Costal Highway in the Acme parking lot hoping to not get towed. With our issues I have to say I give this place a 3 1/2 out of 5 and that’s unfortunate because I really liked it.

Great place and location

Great place and location. Clean place as well, the bay windows or whatever they’re called in each room are a cool design so you can see more outside from bed or in the room. The windows open as well so could hear ocean from bed if there wasn’t muscle cars passing by every second from the car show. If it was my place I would just add ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms and change light in bathroom which looked outdated. The one shower I did use (there’s 2) had a curved bottom part of the tub and almost slipped in the shower. It must feel better if you’re taking a bath since it molds you better but should have a mat or something. If I was overweight or not as quick on my feet I deff would have slipped n fell. But no complaints at all besides the Wi-Fi not working which was quite a bummer (not the owners fault tho) since I couldn’t finish a project and my friend had no reception so couldn’t use the Wi-Fi either so she was limited to making communication with family. I contacted the owner/manager? And she told me where the Wi-Fi login info was but I had already tried that and didn’t work on multiple devices. Was told to ask front office downstairs but there was no one in there for like 2 days straight! Security dude wasn’t very friendly but realistically he probably does a good job keeping everything secure and ‘run a tight ship’, he seemed like ex military or something. I was thinking maybe they activate the Wi-Fi per room once you pay the fee for amentities like parking/pool and Wi-Fi was one of them so not sure if it that’s why it didn’t work? But there was no one in the office to pay anyway. So I had to use the hotspot off my phone which didn’t last long and wouldn’t want to trust the non-secure public building wifi. Besides that the room had everything you would need to stay there, pots and pans, hair dryers and towels for each bathroom and everything. Couch was comfy. I will deff keep it on my list of potential places to stay again. If you stay in the area make sure you go to Secrets! Only 10 min drive away

Will stay again

This was my first time at 9400 and won’t be my last thanks to this unit. The rental process was easy and I felt the lines of communication were easy. Having an assigned parking spot was easy and it was covered. Location is wonderful to beach, bay, restaurants, grocery and bars. You won’t be disappointed if you book this unit. Furniture is updated and comfortable.

Quiet Vacay

Everything was great. I like the layout of the condo (bedrooms on the opposite end) the balcony was big, and the high floor made watching the views mesmerizing. The kitchen was stacked good. Need better quality mattresses though. Like the location…away from the crowds. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and peaceful

Excellent location. It was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. My only recommendation is to provide your guests with a least a couple of beach chairs and towels. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would fully recommend staying here.

Amazing weekend at this beautiful rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time here. The apartment was just as pictures. It was beautiful! The view was amazing. We would love to come back and stay here again. Turnkey was amazing to work with! Very responsive hosts and quickly responds to any questions. Luxurious space with breathtaking views

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is breathtakingly gorgeous! The decor is modern and beautiful throughout the unit. The views from every room and the balcony are what make this unit a 12 out of 10! I just couldn’t get enough of the ocean, bay and city views which can be enjoyed from the bed, the dining room table or the couch. The linens were comfortable and soft. The kitchen had all the basic necessities. The key pad system was better than keeping track of a key or card all vacation. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold but it looked very nice. The only downfalls of this rental were minor issues. It was $40 for a parking and pool pass for 3 night stay but too cold to use the pool this time of the year so I felt like that was a bit steep. We had difficulty getting the tv to work properly and it would lose signal sometimes but the rental company was very helpful in solving these issues. Overall the unit was clean but it looked like someone forgot to finish cleaning the master bedroom as there was thick dust on some furniture and some dirt and a pill on the floor. Again the rental company offered to have a cleaning lady come but it was only the one room so I just cleaned it myself. The rental company seemed great at first and were very kind when I called to finish setting up my reservation but I felt like the instructions for that process were lacking and left me a bit confused. I also requested late check out and was told that couldn’t be accommodated but was sent an email two hours later offering late check out for an additional $40 fee. I declined but then the cleaning lady showed up two hours before normal checkout in a panic and said they just told her I was doing late checkout and she wanted to know was I really staying until then because it was quite a drive for her to have to go all the way home. Overall though the absolute beauty, comfort and ideal location of this property make it somewhere I would definitely stay again!

Property was clean and good location. Great view of beach and sound. Only issue was getting TV's to work. Called and had tech come out and fix. Quick response to our needs.
