Clean, convenient, charming

It was just what we were looking for: convenient access to the park; a cozy place suitable for a toddler to run around; and a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet stay close to Sequoia

Quiet property a convenient 25 minute drive to Sequoia and Kings Canyon entrance. Property was very clean and well stocked. Nice space to spend with family.

Pretty farm stay for families/friends kings canyon/sequoia

A little off the beaten path but a gorgeous setting for downtime between national park exploring. Hosts thought of everything, great for a family with kids or a group of friends. Cozy and clean!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of four loved every part of our stay! From pulling in and being greeted by the dogs, meeting Drake and Lainey, feeding Bill and Ted (the rams), exploring the property and playing games provided, our family kept saying how this was the perfect place for us. The house was clean and beds were super comfortable. We highly recommend this property for families.

This is a good place!

We really enjoyed the fire pit and the bright starry sky! The house is comfortable and cute and the host family friendly and helpful. We enjoyed watching their animals and kids, and neither were obtrusive - very respectful.

The area is quite remote but easily accessible. Thank heavens for GPS. The property was well furnished and comfortable and was as described and seen in the pictures. It was quite easy to get to the parks. We looped around to the south and entered Sequoia that way so it was a shorter trip back to the property, which was very welcome after a long day. We didn't do much at the property since our main goal was visiting the parks, but we enjoyed having some games there.

Place was serene and close to the national parks. The farm animals were nice. What is lacking is a first floor bathroom and a more comfortable bed.

Great spot for our family of 5! The kids loved the trampoline and we all enjoyed smores by the fire pit. We really wanted to use the Playhouse but there were plenty of spiderwebs that we opted out and the kids were bummed. I may not have seen it on the listing but the groundskeepers live about 10 feet away, with their living room window open and facing our front door; it lacked privacy we pictured. They were very nice; we just didn't realize other people would be there - again, I may have missed that if it were mentioned in the booking process. It really was just right for my husband and I, and our 3 kids.We had a wonderful stay overall and loved the proximity to SNF. Would stay again!

We loved the place, it was very comfortable and have everything we need to cook meals. MY three years old love the surroundings; fun place for kids. They have many toys and family games. Loves it!!!

Family Weekend

We stayed for a family weekend visit to Sequoia National Forest (grandparents, parents, kids). The space worked out well for us. We purchased food in Visalia on our way out and prepared most of our meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Coffee was provided which was nice!

Wonderful stay!

I stayed with my husband and toddler for two nights. Great communication with Natasha and Nathan throughout (very helpful directions to the house!). The house itself is lovely and super well-equipped! The only bathroom is upstairs, but that was not an issue for us. Very quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable!

Quiet, peaceful and clean place. Owner's communication was good! Due to the location, accessibility to food, gas and other things can be a challenge. However, if you don't mind driving a bit, it is a wonderful place to stay.

This property had everything we needed. We were traveling on an 12 day cross country national parks trip and this was our last stop. We didn’t have a lot of things packed up nicely but this house had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy coffee at sunrise and relax after park hopping in the area Very clean. Totally ready for guests - and the perfect size for our family of 4. My kids LOVED the games and the basketball hoop. Shout out to the perfect family room upstairs. Google Maps got us there even in the middle of the night (we arrived at 10pm). Check in was extremely easy. I really appreciated the washer / dryer after our multiple hotel days prior to our arrival. This place is remote (my kid’s request for his birthday) but it felt safe having the caretakers on the property and other homes nearby.

beautiful location. I didn't realize that there was another occupied rental right beside this one. I would have preferred to have know. Upon arrival, the water was not turned on, but owner was able to correct fairly quickly.

We do state the following under "Additional Information". I can understand how it can be missed, because it's further down in the listing.Additionally, the groundskeeper and his family live on-site, in a separate home with a separate entrance, and share access to some of the outdoor amenities."I'm not sure why the water was turned off - they were probably doing irrigation maintenance - but I'm glad it was taken care of quickly. Beautiful home base to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP

Lovely home, spacious. Big kitchen, family room (which we did not use) and a relaxing deck. About 45-60 minutes to entrance of parks. Home is very remote. Bring your own groceries and do not expect any grocery stores or restaurants nearby. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Thank you

My mom and I enjoyed the stay in this clean home. Loved the friendly dogs and enjoyed watching the variety of birds. Cabinets are labeled to help you find needed items and the use of a washer and dryer was handy. The only downfall was going up steps during the night to go to the bathroom; however, I took the opportunity to go out on the deck to check out the night sky. I could see the milky way

Very nice!

Very clean with cute decor. Comfortable bedding, ample clean linens and a well stocked kitchen. Only disadvantage was the remote location. They fully disclosed that in description but it was inconvenient to have to drive so far to get supplies when needed. Having the only bathroom on second floor was not ideal but ok. I would suggest adding at least 1/2 bath on lower level. The upper family room level was great! We enjoyed watching movies there. Overall, we had a good stay and felt the accommodations were nice and do recommend it for families.

Sweet Place

The home is on a beautiful property and is very family friendly with a trampoline, play house, and toys. They are clear, but it is a good reminder, that the house is pretty remote. It’s quite far to get to a town, medical care (which we ended up needing), etc. It would be best to get groceries before you get anywhere near the home. The local farm stand was really great. We would recommend that. We also went to Cat Haven nearby which was really sweet and something to do. We also saw the national parks. Kings canyon is closer and a reminder that it’s colder on the mountain!
