The house was more than enough for our needs. We liked safety of the neighborhood, having the grill outside and overall cleanness of the space. We were four guys on a golf trip so maybe it was easier to satisfy our needs. 😁

My daughters and I loved the property-the area/reunion is very safe and one newer side and away from all of the Orlando/disney traffic. The home was clean overall-just a bit dusty on fan blades and on top of wall hangings and curtains. The pics online portray the property accurately.

Location is an A+

We loved this home. It was a perfect set up for what we needed. There was a very windy day the day we checked in and leaves blew into the pool, so we called the host and there was someone there to clean the pool within hours. Super responsive!! The hosts were great about keeping us informed leading up to the rental. The home is in a great neighborhood. It’s safe and quiet. The furniture choices are great, and everything we needed was there. It has a great layout, but the inside needs some TLC. It could use touch ups in several places. Carpets and sofa cushions could use a deep clean. This made it a 9.5 out of 10 for us. Not the fault of the property, but if you’re going anywhere, we ran into traffic jams on I-4 every time in every direction . Disney, while it says 6 miles, is 25-30 minutes due to traffic. The grocery store is 3 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay here again and will look here first next time we come.

Check in was very easy. Tamie was readily available with questions/issues (no issues arose). We contacted her to check in a little early which was nice and appreciated given we were off the cruise early and tired. The house itself was nice, overall clean. It could use some touch ups for instance on the walls but I find this normal with multiple people renting (suitcases etc) so it didn’t bother us. The pool was clean just had some leaves in it which is expected and the rafts were a nice added bonus. The kids enjoyed little game room. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would stay again. If you’re looking for a house just to lounge in while going to parks this is it but if you’re looking for a house to chill in and keep you or the kids busy this wouldn’t necessarily be for you.

Great home for easy vacation!

Loved the house- we were a party of 8 and could easily spread out and be comfortable. Pool was lovely, kids really enjoyed game room. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and gadgets. Plenty of towels for inside and pool. It was really clean and I had no issues with home whatsoever. I would definitely consider coming back to this specific rental.The only thing I might change is checkout time- 10 am checkout is a little early, but other than that I have zero complaints!

Orlando Trip

Upon Arrival We had to clean this place.The Pool was a Complete Mess.There was like a paper that had broke down in pool floating all over the pool.3 Days of. Scimming Pool got that cleaned up.this home needs some Maitance done on it. Its a fine Home .But just was not Clean at ALL.

January 2023 vacation

We stayed here Jan 21-28, 2023. Tamie, the owner, contacted us to make sure everything went smoothly and to answer any questions we might have. This house has plenty of board games, a Night Hawk Pro Gaming Box for your gaming system, and a game room with a ping pong table. The weather was the only thing that was not excellent so we were glad that we requested the pool be heated. There are many restaurants in the resort area to choose from. Around the corner is a Publix grocery store, a drug store, and a liquor store. which made it very convenient to get what we needed for the week. I would stay here again, or at any property hosted by Tamie and her husband. Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely house. -Donna

Very disappointed about conditions in rental

I believe in first appearance and this rental was not a good one . First arrived the pool was not cleaned and have a white ring around inside it and patio furniture was not setup like it was on the picture. Then going into the rental the floors was covered in hair , debris from food and a roach . The furniture is out dated couch is not clean looking for the remote and it was in the couch with debris of food and hair.. The kitchen was so disgusting. The refrigerator smelled like crab fish. The counters were so filthy when I wiped it down with lysol and bleach. The rag was brown, and I am not exaggerating.. going upstairs every inch of the carpet that I stepped, had either hair, food particles or glitter it was not vacuumed, and it was not shampooed. The bathrooms were not cleaned underneath. The toilet rim were mold or black residue. The shower tub had a clunk of hair in it which I had to clean, the master shower had mold and soap residue and there’s a title in the master bathroom when you walk in a strip of tile is loose they just glued it on in there and still a gap there. I had to clean before I used. Also downstairs floor which is tile I had to buy my own products And mop the floor before I had the rest of my guests come in for Thanksgiving holiday . The bed sheets was not changed, I had to change all of the sheets to brand new ones .. and while doing that the mattress have stains on the the one downstairs. And stains on the pillows.. I was trying to get in contact with the property management, which is Robert Santana. He got in contact with me the first time about accessing the property very quickly then when I had issues on the condition of the property, I sent him pictures on his cell phone, and his respond was according to the cleaners everything was clean. My apologies for the inconvenience. This may have caused you. I was really hoping to have a wonderful relaxing timing with my family but I truly I didn’t have a good time I was so exhausted and disgusted.. I hope that this reaches to someone that can have better cleaning people to come in and do a better job..

Great Stay

We stayed here while in town to run The Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and were thankful to have all the extra space! There is some serious air conditioning in the house. You will not get hot. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding experience

Our family stayed there for our annual trip to Disney World. The house was very nice and very spacious. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. The pool was nice also. The house is in a gated elegant community. Will always stay there again in the future if available.

Great property good location

Great resort style property in Reunion. Nice house with all expected amenities. 15 min drive to Disney parks and 30min to Universal. I’d definitely stay in this resort area and this house again. No hesitation.

Competition getaway

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, air condition was perfect, secure and well maintained. The owner was very responsive as previous guest had left trash as well as the game table was broken and he had someone come out next morning to clean up. Plenty of room more than enough for my family of 5. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen had more than enough kitchenware and up to date appliances. The master bath was nice with a jacuzzi tub. The pool are was nice and private although I think the patio furniture needs cleaning. I give this property 4.5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I definitely will visit this property again.

Enjoyed our stay

The A/C works excellent. The house was clean and sanitized. The only issue was the trash was left and it was supposed to be out before 6 am on Saturday morning my check in was Friday and I had no where to put my trash nor did I find out about the time until I tried to take the trash out.

Nice Family Venue

The home is very nice. Nicely appointed with plenty of room for 8+ people. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. You'll appreciate the 3 and 1/2 baths in the house! That 1/2 bath is really convenient on the ground floor. The kitchen is a galley style and had everything you need, however it was a little difficult for multiple adults to occupy the kitchen because of the galley configuration. The AC was VERY powerful and if you like to be cool, you'll love this place. The pool area is very nice, especially how the garage and fencing provide a very private area to swim and gather. The dining room/den area is open and furnished appropriately for a large number of occupants. We used the laundry center a lot and it was very functional. The only negatives about the property was the carpet was in need of a cleaning (looked like a guest spilled something down the stairs and on the upstairs carpet) and the bedrooms need ceiling lighting (all had ceiling fans but no light kits). All in all I highly recommend this property if staying in the area.

Fantastic!

This property was exactly as advertised! It could have been just a little bit cleaner BUT overall it was EXCELLENT! The property manager was very responsive to any need or question. One of the BEST experiences we’ve had! Would definitely stay here again!
