Sweet and cozy! Beautiful view of the trees from the balcony. Quiet and easy to get to waterfalls and main towns like Blowing Rock and Boone. Nice restaurants nearby. Very clean, comfortable and mostly well-stocked.

Loved it!

The was the perfect weekend getaway! The condo was clean and comfortable. We had an issue was the water in the kitchen freezing and contacted the owner. He was very responsive and worked to resolve the problem. We appreciated his attentiveness to the matter. The bed was comfortable, but we would have preferred better pillows. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. Our only regret with the pans is that they are worn and food sticks easily. It was nice to be able to sit by a warm fire and watch the snow falling. We would certainly book this condo again!

Great Place and Location

The place was absolutely fantastic and it fit our needs. The only complaint I have is the stairs are extremely slippery and requires shoes to go up and down. I fell down the entire flight of stairs the first morning and sprained my wrist. Suggest adding a mention of how slippery the stairs are or change the flooring.

Description inaccurate

The property was small but nicely decorated and in a convenient location. Unfortunately, the description as well as the photos displaying a wood-burning fireplace were very misleading and inaccurate. I found that part of our stay extremely disappointing. There was a wood-burning fireplace in the den but it was not functional as there was a portable heat/air unit that was permanently vented out of the fireplace.

Wonderful mini vacation

The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner took care of every detail to make sure we had everything needed for a wonderful vacation. And clean, clean, clean!!

Perfect Couple Getaway

We enjoyed our stay with the multiple amenities from this rental!!!! There were extra towels & many extras that we were not expecting!!!!! The temperature was great with the two portable ac units!!!!! It’s a perfect spot for a couple to get away!!!!

Super cute and great location

This little condo is just as advertised. It’s well equipped, clean, and so cozy! The extra touches like snacks, coffee, soaps, etc made our stay even better! We loved how convenient and peaceful the location is too. Great little place for a couple’s get away!

Perfect Mountain Weekend Getaway

Perfect place for a weekend getaway for my wife and I! Clean, neat and as advertised! Loved all the attention to detail the host provided--snacks, coffee, games, etc-had everything you would need! Host was very responsive. Definitely would stay again next time in Banner Elk!

Our stay here was about as close to perfect as it can get. Katrina was very communicative and helpful as far as incoming winter weather issues and other recos. The condo was totally stocked, and the ambiance is welcoming, as if in a cozy mountain cabin surrounded by trees. The location is unbeatable for access to the ski slopes as well as town, and we didn't have to worry about icy driveways since this unit is lower down the hill with easier access to the main road than other units situated up steeper inclines. It's a bit of a tight squeeze if you need the air mattress up in the living area for kids, as we did, but we kept the space tidy and it worked out fine. All in all, we loved our stay -- Thank you Katrina!

Trip to Banner Elk

We had a wonderful time visiting Banner Elk. The location was perfect because we wanted to do things in town, enjoy the local eateries and enjoy a few hikes without having to drive up and down the winding mountain roads multiple times each day to get “home”. The condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed!
