Located just 150 yards from the base of Winter Park Resort, so close you can

see when the gondola opens.



**The Space**

Simple and comfortable, two bedroom, two bath condominium with westward facing

views from the balcony. The condo has granite counter-tops with bar style

seating, dining area, living area, and a washer/dryer set.



**The Bedroom**

The master bedroom has a hotel size king bed and twin day bed with ensuite

bathroom, the second bedroom has side by side twin beds with a third twin bunk

over. Sofa sleeper is available in the living room as well.



Parking note:

*Summer Free (one car per condo)

*Winter $24/night (one car per condo)

Reservations will be made online. A code and booking directions will be sent

via text on day of arrival. You are allowed to pay in advance, rather than day

of arrival. Please let us know if that's what you'd like to do. Parking is

located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned

parking.
