Apartamento ejecutivo moderno y espacioso

¿Está buscando una alternativa limpia, cómoda y espaciosa para sus vacaciones u hogar temporal? ¡Completamente remodelado en 2016 y este apartamento de nivel inferior es hermoso! Nuestros vecinos y amigos se preguntan por qué no nos mudamos.

La entrada es privada y separada, segura e iluminada. Usted tiene su propio estacionamiento fuera de la vía pública lo suficientemente grande para 2 autos en tándem. Ingrese a una espaciosa y ultra moderna cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todos los platos de cocina y entretenimiento. Está abierto a una sala de estar cálida y acogedora con un gran televisor de pantalla plana, asientos seccionales de cuero, una nueva y cálida chimenea y espacio de trabajo. Las puertas correderas se abren al patio con bañera de hidromasaje y un jardín en terrazas donde cultivamos nuestras verduras y flores.

Cada una de las 2 habitaciones está amueblada con una cama queen y tiene un gran armario. El baño es hermoso con una ducha de pie de gran tamaño. Tendrá acceso a una sala de lavandería compartida.

Trae tu cepillo de dientes. Si necesita algo que no le hemos proporcionado, probablemente lo tengamos y estaremos encantados de proporcionarle.

Estamos ubicados céntricamente y convenientemente en un vecindario residencial tranquilo en Arvada, a solo minutos del Centro Arvada de Artes y Humanidades, el campo de golf Indian Tree y el hermoso parque Majestic View. Estamos a 2 millas de Old Towne Arvada y la nueva estación de tren ligero con servicio al centro de Denver o a 20 minutos en automóvil, y casi la misma distancia en automóvil de Boulder y Golden. Si está trabajando en Interlocken o Broomfield, estamos aún más cerca.

Tenemos un perro y un gato, pero por favor, no traiga a sus mascotas. Debe saber en caso de que tenga alergias, porque nuestras mascotas han estado en el apartamento. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores. Hay muchas instalaciones de alojamiento de mascotas asequibles y convenientes en un radio corto y le recomendaremos si lo solicita.

Perfect Place

We absolutely loved staying here! It was immaculate, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. The hot tub was a huge plus! It was also fantastic to have a washer and dryer. The beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Denver area.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this place! The hosts were very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed for our 34 day stay. The place was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Great stay

This property is very nice. They supplied everything you could possibly need, and probably a little you hadn’t even thought of! Finishes are high-end, it was spacious, roomy, and exactly as advertised. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for all Denver has to offer!

We truly enjoyed our stay with Russell and Carolyn. They were accommodating and helpful, recommending a variety of local activities in Boulder or around Denver for us. The basement apartment is clean and spacious and the location is perfect for accessing all the surrounding areas. It is a perfect get away spot with lots to offer!

Awesome hosts

The place is super chill with great views and an incredible array of vegetables and plants around. A couple of dogs made their debut. They were all nice. The place was clean, neat, and in a quiet neighborhood. My partner and I both felt very safe.

Felt Like Home

This lower unit in Russ and Carolyn’s home was perfect for our short stay. Everything we needed was provided, and the unit was clean and comfortable. Russ and Carolyn were amazing hosts, offering their expertise on the area and friendly conversations. They were so welcoming, it felt like we were visiting friends.

Really nice place!

I stayed for a little over a week while in the area for some corporate training. Really nice space - nicely done and furnished, well equipped and overall very comfortable. Location is a nice neighborhood that is also pretty convenient to stores and restaurants. Russell and Carolyn were great hosts; very good communication. I hope to rent this space again on future trips.

Everything we wanted and needed

You enter through a side gate to the back yard. The have cleverly remolded the downstairs to give you a kitchen/dining, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and private. We saw the owners when we checked in. They were warm and welcoming. We did not see them again until we left. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay!

We were visiting family in the area and our stay at the Scenic Heights home in Arvada could not have been better. The description and reviews are all entirely accurate. The hosts were friendly, the accommodations were super clean, and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed. We even had fun hosting our family at "our place" for dinner one night. The backyard is a beautiful oasis and coffee on the patio was a peaceful start to every morning. Thanks so much Carolyn and Russ!

Our Autumn Escape

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The listing portrays it accurately and it exceeded our expectations. Russell and Carolyn are very cordial and made us feel welcome. They generously shared some produce from their backyard garden. The location is convenient with easy access to Denver, Boulder, and Red Rock Amphitheater. We even tasted Colorado wine at tasting rooms in Westminster. We had a great week and would certainly book again if we make another visit to the area.

Superb choice!

This was our first time visiting Colorado and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within an hour to hour and half drive. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were super nice. The house was amazing, amenities were great, bed was comfortable and we used the hot tub every night. Russel and Carolyn were beyond amazing and caring and were great to talk with and they gave us plenty of advise on things to do and offered help with anything we needed. If we stay near Denver again, this is our spot. I definitely recommend it for anyone choosing there next visit to or near Denver.

Nice Place and Well Priced

Our stay was very nice. We would go back. The entry point to the accommodations was not clear. It was in the back…down the stairs. We also didn’t know that the owners were going to be upstairs and that there were dogs in the yard. None of that was a problem but it would have been nice to know. The house had everything we needed and it was in a great location for getting around to Estes Park, downtown and Red Rocks. Shopping is very close as well. The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The couch and chairs were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect for us

The hosts were great! Very accommodating to anything we needed and easy to talk to. The unit was perfect, it matches the photos. Nice parking spot in the front, walk down a few steps to a walkway that leads to the door. No stairs inside the unit. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night we were there. I set up my workstation on the desk behind the couch and worked remotely just like I do from home. WiFi worked great for that and all of our devices. Arvada is an awesome piece in Denver and a great home base while visiting. Old Town Arvada has all the food and shopping and is a neat little place to walk around, or hop on the train to downtown in 20 mins. We enjoyed breakfast at George’s nearby and many other restaurants nearby. We did a lot in the week we were there: Golden, Lookout Mountain, Idaho Springs, Boulder Falls, Estes Park, RMNP, Butterfly Pavillion, and ended the week with a concert at Red Rocks! One of the best vacations ever!

Great place, amazing hospitality

We so enjoyed our stay this past week. The home was beautiful and the kitchen very well appointed. The backyard was amazing and coffee or meals on the patio were a delight. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after a full day. Perfect location and the Carolyn was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Such a great place.

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this year. The place is roomy and comfortable with everything you need to feel at home. The hosts are really great, they are there if you need them but never intrude on your privacy. The location is central to a lot of the area, with most places 20 to 30 minutes away. I highly recommend this place if staying in the Denver, Boulder, Golden area.
