Overall Good with Some Issues
We had a nice stay overall and we really enjoyed the pool!
They were, however, some issues we experienced.
1) The house is located right next to the main (and only) street in the area which made it VERY loud throughout the day AND night. Every car, motorcycle, truck and tractor drives right next to this house and the noise is unbelievable. So if you’re planning a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is probably not your place.
On the other hand, since the house is right next to the street you don’t need a 4x4 car.
2) The kitchen was missing some basic appliances like a microwave, bbq grill and ice maker machine. The listing of the property didn’t specify what appliances were there.
3) The common areas (kitchen, dining and living rooms) didn’t have A/C, just fans.
4) The house itself had some issues like a leaking faucet, shower leaking (poor design), main door not closing properly and the kitchen running out of gas. We appreciate the fact that the manager took care of the issues in a timely fashion.
At the same time, they could’ve been dealt with before our arrival since no one wants to have workers in your property while on vacation.
