Our beautifully decorated, and newly renovated coastal condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 guests. In addition to a delightfully open floorplan and contemporary updates throughout, this beach side retreat offers the perfect place for your next beach getaway! Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat, a romantic getaway, a friends and family vacation, this beautiful unit has it all!
Our full-service kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils to cater to your every need. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas providing you with a stunning view of the Gulf. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your balcony, which is accessible from the living room.
You’ll also enjoy the added luxury of 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, private bathroom and you can enjoy the view right from the comfort of your bed. The 2 guest rooms both have a queen bed. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit for your added convenience.
Step out onto the balcony to enjoy your meals or just sit back and take in the stunning views of the gulf. At night, you can count the stars and sleep to the soothing sound of gentle waves.

Great stay - minor housekeeping issues

This condo was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay! The view is beautiful! The beach was wonderful! The water is shallow for a long way out from shore, so this is great for smaller kids! Our only complaint was the housekeeping - minor trash on the floor and in drawer, lots of coffee grounds scattered throughout the drawer under the coffee pot - spent a lot of time cleaning dishes and drawers on the first day. Pool is open and warm! They are still working on the patio but the tile work looked pretty complete by the time we left. We would definitely stay again! Make sure to stop by Indian Shores Coffee - so good!

Room was very dusty and the floors wasn’t very clean at all. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay. Don’t know if I’ll ever rent from you again just because of the cleanness and had a question on something and after hr lady was not very friendly. But it’s all good we had a good time.

Great Memories

Nice place to stay, could use some updating. Doors didn't close all the way, handle fell off. The cleaning company could do a better job. We found things under the tables and couch. Overall the condo worked for us, it was in a great location. The whole process was easy from checking in to checking out. Thank you for allowing our family to rent your place. We made some great memories.

Washer needs a very good cleaning as there was mold on the rubber gasket on the door opening. We ended up taking bleach wipes to it so we weren’t dragging our clean clothes over mold. The sliding doors in the master bedroom wouldn’t completely close and quite frankly need replaced.Loved the location and views from the balcony. With some upgrades and improvements this unit would be amazing!! Was great having beach gear and the heated pool and hot tub was very nice.

The beach was not really crowded, which was nice. The condo was equipped with most of our needs. The unit has a washer and dryer, but the dryer did not dry at first. We figured out the dryer has water filter like thing that has to be drained- it would have been helpful to have directions on this. The bedrooms were clean and had plenty of room for the six of us. The only real concern I had was the sliding glass doors to the balcony. Neither of the doors could lock-Not a real concern if you don't have small children.Overall it was a great condo.

Needs Maintenance

The location was great. However disappointed in the condition of the condo considering they charge a non refundable damage deposit. Rather you damage the property or not. Why aren't these deposits being used !? The door knob on the other bedroom was constantly falling off. Shower curtain fell down multiple times while showering! There's a hole in the master bath wall and electrical issues. As there are burnt cords! Not to mention the dryer still being taped up and not fixed. We called. Complained as someone in the group was shocked from turning a light on. We complained about that and the fact that we found broken glass in the silverware drawer. We got offered a room that was even less private for 2 couples. We didn't take it. As a professional house cleaner. This condo needs a deep clean. The shower heads and bathtub facets seem neglected as well as simple dusting. I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness at all. But it definitely could have been worse. But after everything not even a simple discount for all the bull crap we went through was offered nor fixed. The area of the condo is great. Great beach great pool. Quiet family beach. Will not return to this condo ever.

The condo was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with the elevators all week though. My niece got stuck in the elevator one day for 15 minutes. My son was terrified, so for the rest of the trip, we used the stairs.

But overall we had an amazing vacation. On another note we always leave stuff downstairs and never had issues over the years until this trip we had a paddle go missing to one of our paddle boards also a inflatable boat with paddle went missing. I know it's at our own risk just sad that we can no longer feel our stuff is safe . Just wanted others to be warned.

The garbage disposal didn't work. All of the furniture is peeling & the bed was broken. No smart tvs & the multiple remotes are aggravating. The maids left the closet unlocked so I organized that. It really needs to be updated. The view is spectacular.

Having so many different bed options worked great for our family. Plus having a hot tub along with the pool was great after getting chilly from swimming in the gulf. Love the keypad door lock. I’m not sure why they didn’t just give us the code in our welcome email instead we had to go to the office to pick up a packet and “keys” from their mailbox.

Super view from balcony. minor issues with the unit are compensated for in the low rental price. Washer & dryer & balcony furniture need updating, and a universal TV remote would go a long way- we had trouble figuring out the multiple (6+?) working & not working remotes. Outside grilling area is inadequate for building. People waiting for grills/ sharing space on grills and bringing grilled food back inside because no outside eating area. Loved the beach and area!!

The closet doors in two rooms broke. The ac was broken one of our nights and my wife is 7 months pregnant. So I called Florida Lifestyles and they were extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Especially a lady named Vicky. We rent through them every year for the past 30+ years and now will start to reconsider. Overall property was nice and it was a nice vacation it's just unfortunate of the the problems we had and the lack of help we got.
