Spectacular home nestled on an oversized lot w/ plenty of outdoor space! This home offers wonderful curb appeal w/refined desert landscape, spacious 3-car garage, circular driveway, courtyard entry, & RV Gate. The chef's kitchen features granite counters, wood cabinets, tile backsplash, center island, pantry, SS appliances, & patio access. Main suite boasts a full ensuite with King bed, dual sinks & walk-in closet. The 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms offer a Twin over Queen Bunk Beds. So 5 beds total in the home. Stunning backyard is a Desert Oasis ideal for entertaining with a covered paver patio, built-in BBQ, inviting gazebo, sparkling pool***, spa*** with a stone waterfall, & plenty of space to hang out!

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

***Sorry, NO PETS allowed

***$400/month Electric Cap in the summer months (June through September). Guests agree to this policy upon booking and are liable for the overages. $400/mth normally covers it unless it is abused.

Daughter and son-in-law used the pool, and loved it. The master is luxurious and inviting, the great room is comfortable and cozy. They didn't scrimp on furniture. The reclining chairs and loveseats were so comfortable for my husbands bad back. We would go back again, because the contact was easy to reach and so helpful and attentive to our needs.

Nice stay near Cave Creek

We really enjoyed our stay! The backyard did not disappoint. Even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool or spa, we enjoyed our time outside when we could. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room had plenty of space and was comfortable to hang out in. I would recommend this house to families. We were traveling with friends and while the primary bedroom was spacious, the other 2 bedrooms were probably better suited to kids. Location was great.Thank you for sharing your home.

Relaxing Getaway

This property was very comfortable for my wife and I and for our intermittent guests. The pool, hot tub and back yard in general were all very nice. However the controls to the 2 were a bit cumbersome. Our property manager was attentive to our concerns. We had quite a few questions as time went on which we feel could have been eliminated if there would have been some written directions and information to refer to. There were none?!! Overall, a very nice stay.

Underwhelmed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Spartan yet garishly furnished. Very limited with kitchen supplies and essentials, ie. pots pans, stemware etc.The rental contact didn’t provide written instructions for the property, in addition he was terse in his verbal instructions about the property. Some functions were not demonstrated or Articulated at all, this was trial and error. The heated 🏊 wasn’t heated, the rental contact informed me the cost to heat the pool would be based on propane consumption with a $400 per week minimum, based on our 4 day stay. The Mountain View was obstructed by the neighbors humongous RV.Many lights were burnt out. The fireplace was disconnected and unusable on the cool evenings. The bottom line is we left and checked into to 4 Seasons. As this review is titled, we were underwhelmed.SincerelyNancy Mckeon

I am sorry to hear we could not meet the guests expectations and a 5 star review. The kitchen is FULLy stocked. In fact it was newly stocked just a few months ago with plenty of dishes, glassware pots and pans and everything one would need to make a nice meal. We as a management company require certain inventory and Casa Sonoran has it. As the listing states the pool and spa can be heated. The guests simply pay for the exact amount of gas they use. We Guesstimated the cost to be between $300-$400 per week to heat the pool to 85 degrees. The guests thought the pool would be free to heat. The guests DID in fact stay the full dates on their reservation and we received no complaints from the guests during their entire stay. We are a local management company and we strive to make all guests happy and comfortable. If anything is needed we are just a text or call away and can be at the property quickly to address any issues. That is what we are her for. Again, I am sorry we could not meet your expectations. Beautiful, Clean, and Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, this place was amazing. Everything was so comfortable, clean, and everything we could have wanted away from home. I loved the couches, it isn't often you find any recliners in a short-term rental let alone lots of recliners! The master bed was so comfortable and nice and there was so much space. My kids said their beds were also comfortable. The master bathroom was beautiful as well. The water in the master shower does take awhile to warm-up, to the point I thought maybe something was wrong (like 5 minutes long). I would have liked to know that ahead of time, so hopefully that helps someone else. The backyard is absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was the spa didn't warm-up past 90 degrees, but I let them know, so I am sure that will be looked into. We were extremely happy and would definitely stay there again. Truly one of my best experiences. The area is beautiful and quiet with lots of wildlife to appreciate. We loved it here!

Home away from home

We traveled to Phoenix to buy a new car and decided to make a little vacation out of it. House was very clean. Usually I am the first one up but the bed and master bedroom was so comfy and relaxing I definitely caught up on some much needed rest. The kids really enjoyed the pool, although we were not able to get the water features to work, it was still a lot of fun.

Nice property but needs a lot of work

Nice property but needs a lot of work. The property is overall nice and also in the very remote but nice area. Truth is it has a lot of deferred maintenance. On the VRBO site it looks like it’s amazing but when we got there we noticed a lot of things that were not working correctly. I would summarize it by saying the owners just have no pride of ownership and that’s a problem for me. I also was not happy with the management company. Latitude eight properties I believe is their name. I called the owner to express some dismay that the pool and Jacuzzi did not work as that was a major reason we chose this property. No response. Overall a relatively disappointing experience.

I am saddened to see this review. The ONE issue was that a part broke on the pool filter during the guests stay and it needed to be ordered for it to be repaired; so it took a few days to get the pool/spa back up and heated. That was the only issue and was out of our control. We sincerely apologize that it broke during ones stay. This home was newly furnished and there is no deferred maintenance. The owner has spent a LOT of money on the home and we as a management company are here and local to take care of any issues that arise. Sincerely,
