flat screen 68" TV and DVD player in the living room, as well as a 42" flat

screen TV and A/C in the bedroom. Free calling to US, Canada, Guam and Puerto

Rico. Free wifi Renovated bathroom with walk in shower. Fully equipped

kitchen. Free parking located close by. All linens and towels are provided.



Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a

lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have

our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills.

Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

Terrible Experience, no professional cleaning!Cockroach under the bed

I'm really aplogize about this info because the house and the positiong is perfect for a family, but the professional cleaning not exists! is full of cockroaches under the bedroom, live, dead , eggs and baby...is not an incident.

Relaxing vacation

Very relaxing.

Everything was as we expected. One pool heater was not working resulting in the other pools being overcrowded, but not a big deal at all. Other than that it was a very chill vacation! Thank you.

Gorgeous condo, in the midst of paradise.

My daughter, son and I had the most wonderful experience at turtle bay estates. The room was so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Hawaii. It was easy and stress free. We will be staying there again someday, I just know it.

Very Happy

his is my 3rd rental at Turtle Bay and we enjoyed our stay. The unit is just as depicted, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything needed to prepare meals for the family. Air con in the bedroom and lounge was so appreciated as summer in Hawaii is HOT. Fans alone are not enough. The bedroom is a good size with comfortable King bed. Also love the fact that unit has own washing machine and dryer. The only suggestion to the owner would be to replace the sofa sleeper as its an older model and not very comfortable. The sliding doors to the lanai also need attention as they are difficult to open. This was brought to the attention of the property managers office while we were there. Apart from these minor things we had a great time. Loved the pool and quiet setting to totally relax. Dined at Leilei's which was soooo good.

Protea 1-bdrm downstairs unit

Good location, parking not too far away, but the unit itself was very basic with just the "required" necessities. There was a regular drip coffeemaker but no coffee for even the first day. There was a mini bar of soap in the bathroom; sink was newer and nice. In the kitchen, a mini bottle of dish soap & a wet dish sponge laying inside the sink--I wasn't sure if the sponge was what the previous guests used to wash their dishes with, or if the cleaners used it to clean the sink so I used very hot water and soap to wash it out before using it for our dishes. Suggestions: a new, unopened dish sponge, a little coffee, and bedroom curtains that filter out the outdoor building lighting. We were not in the unit much since we were in a golf tournament with a group so it provided an adequate place to sleep and shower.

Great Location

This was a perfect home base to explore and enjoy the north shore of Oahu. The condo was neat and clean. There was a nice view of the golf course and it was close to the tennis courts and pool. The unit had air conditioning and ceiling fans in both the master bedroom as well as the living room area. The master bedroom had a full size bed and the mattress wasn't the most comfortable that I've slept on but it was adequate. The couch in the living room had a pull out sleeper mattress which was also not overly comfortable. All in all, however, we would consider using this rental again. The price was great and the location was excellent with easy access to beaches and north shore activities.

My first vacation to Hawaii was amazing. Turtle Bay was the perfect place to stay, it had everything we needed. I will definitely stay at Turtle Bay again on my next vacation to Hawaii.

We were quite disappointed when we arrived. The pictures did not match up to the actual rental. The bathroom picture was an old picture. The refrigerator was spray painted over to hide rust marks, the paint was peeling, when using the washing machine it sounded like a plane was taking off. What we were mostly very disappointed was that when we went out to our car there was water spots all over our vehicle. assuming it was from the sprinklers, we figured no-biggie. After we checked-out we went to get our car washed, and these spots didn't come off. We got it waxed and still didn't remove it completely. we had to get it detailed again with a clay wax to get these spots removed. when informing the on-site manager, he just told me it could have been a combination of the pollen and water. Then he told me the closest sprinkler was couple stalls away. Then he later said it was not their sprinklers. Not once did he apologize for the matter, not once did he try to resolve what it could have been. He was VERY unprofessional, didn't even give me his name when I asked him twice. He was rude and I was in disbelief that he was a manager. We will never stay here again and since we are local, we will spread the word to everyone we know.

We enjoyed our stay in Turtle Bay Resort! Good experience overall! The place was very clean and tidy. Beautiful accomodation and surroundings! Quiet and relaxing! Close to the beaches!Just one little problem: the bugs in the condo. However when we notified our hosts, they acted upon it very quickly and eliminated the problem! Thank you for a great stay!

Our overall satisfaction of this property was amazing! It was clean and had all the things we were looking for in a property. Dishes, washer and dryer, stove, fridge, etc. We visited Hawaii for a wedding in Laie and found this to be the best priced and best location for our needs. We look forward to renting here again and will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
