This condo is a lovely "open concept" home that is local family-owned, featuring 1 big King size bed, 2 beds upstairs, and a cozy living room for family fun and entertainment. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, hair dryer, and other items to help you feel right at home (your new "home away from home"), living like we locals do here. Enjoy the convenience of "home-style items" such as a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, full kitchen, and private internet WiFi.
After a fun adventurous day at the beach and touring, you'll be able to come home to relax at this quiet condo, slowing down and embracing a slower pace of life – on "island time".

This condo is located on the beautiful tropical grounds of the 880-acre Turtle Bay complex along the epic North Shore coastline with its world-famous beaches, amazing surf, golf, horses, and much more. Often families and friends stay at this condo, so we keep it well stocked and furnished for families and fun, including some basic snorkels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool toys, etc. Safe location with on-site 24/7 security and assigned parking. The balcony/lanai overlooks the beautiful pool and BBQ areas.

This unique condo space is a preferred second floor unit with cute loft bedroom suite upstairs (see photos). The lanai, living room, main bedroom, full kitchen are on the main floor.

The big King size bed is in the main bedroom, and 2 beds in the upstairs open "loft bedroom". Full kitchen has modern new stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cookware and enjoying a nice home made meal with family and friends.

A full bathroom with shower/bathtub, vanity sink, towels, and toilet on the main floor. The condo is furnished and set up comfortably for 4 adult guests based on its size (658 sqft), but we can allow extra guests if you have small children and wish to squeeze in a large family with kids, such as up to 4 adults with children (see photos and size). The number of guests will be verified, so be sure your reservation includes the correct number of guests.

Tastefully decorated, our unique private condo suite is where you will feel right at home – living like locals do – enjoying the cool breezy winds – on the laidback surf-inspired North Shore, far away from the busy city life (and not like staying at a packed touristy hotel). Blending in with the local neighborhood’s full-time residents and cultural attractions, This condo is furnished in the traditional Hawaiian Island style. We provide many beach items, tennis rackets, and some toys/games for family fun. These expert cleaners are true pros who pay special attention to cleaning especially anything guests can touch, so guests can enjoy their stay.

Our spacious split level country-side condo home is a much-preferred unit close to the pool with views! Enjoy the cool breezes that blow through the condo. It is desirably located in the rural upscale Kuilima Estates West next to Turtle Bay's signature golf courses along the ocean coast. Desirable location due to the beautiful grounds, cool breezy trade winds, gorgeous beaches, renowned golf courses, and so much more. Close to mouthwatering Lei Lei's Bar & Grill restaurant and pristine O'ahu North Shore beaches and tropical trials.

Onsite there are also 3 swimming pools, gazebos, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, barbecue grills, pool decks with chairs and tables, manicured grounds, and green tropical walking paths. Easily walk to the upscale luxurious Turtle Bay resort where you can access most of the resort restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and activities such as horseback riding, golf, pickle ball, etc..

Other special features of our lovely condo is that it is conveniently located near the swimming pool, gazebo, and BBQ areas with nice views. Convenient for swimming, sunbathing and family fun at the pool and beaches!

Guests need to read our full listing's description and House Rules, and to treat our condo with TENDER LOVING CARE. It is best suited for "self-sufficient" guests seeking a fantastic location for an affordable price compared to the very expensive hotel that is several times the price.

The condo space is very relaxing and convenient with FREE parking and no resort fee. The open floor plan living and kitchen with counter tops that provides alternative space for relaxing or fun with friends and family. Food pantry with shelves for plenty of food storage, so you can cook nice meals while at home and catch up on laundry. Over the years, the owners have constantly maintained, improved, and upgraded this cute cozy private Hawaiian gem. Notice our condo is tastefully decorated in a modest family Hawaiian style, and not like the upscale luxurious Ritz Carlton O’ahu Turtle Bay hotel, so please don't come with high/luxury expectations or ask for daily hotel maid-like services. The place is spacious for 4 guests (especially compared to a room at the packed hotel). Like a local Hawaiian family home, our place is modest, relaxing, fun, clean, and cozy. It is truly unique, charming, safe, quiet, and close to everything you wish to see on the Oahu's amazing tropical country-style North Shore.

This condo is near the beautiful green Fazio Golf Course with complete privacy. Its location is a light and bright end-unit with extra windows and breezes. Turtle Bay's Club House offers high-performance golf club rentals and more! Two legends of golf - Arnold Palmer & George Fazio - have boldly chosen to leave their indelible mark on this untouched coast.

Free Fast Wireless Internet, wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, Disney plus, etc, and Cable TV Services with Premium and HD channels, DVD player with DVDs, and games. There is also beach gear, and pool toys are provided. This unit has been a cherished family home and vacation rental for years, and it has been taken care of very well, with lots of love! We continue to keep it well-maintained and cared for with your kind caring cooperation.

The upstairs is our super cute loft with a unique North Shore (surfing-decorated) bedroom and a bathroom with low ceiling (like in a wave lol)! Hence it is ideal for a Hawaiian surfer shack experience. My kids love staying and sleeping up in the surfer suite loft – away from us parents lol – in their own little space (yet still not far from us down below).

Natural Hawaiian breezes will blow through the whole condo if you open the doors and windows. This is the best way to keep the place cool. Due to very spacious high vaulted ceilings and the traditional Hawaiian cottage style construction, it isn't possible for the air conditioning units to make the inside ice-cold. But the AC units help keep the inside cooler like in the 70s rather than 80s. So, if you want ice-cold air conditioning, then please don't book our condo. The rooms have beautiful spacious high vaulted ceilings with air conditioning units (one a/c in the living/dining room and one a/c in the main bedroom). High vaulted ceilings allow the place to stay cool but cannot become icy cold. Most locals prefer the natural breezy winds that blow through the condo, but we added new air conditioners and three ceiling fans (one in each of the two bedrooms and one in the living room) to help guests stay cool.
We love (and prefer) to have these natural cool Hawaiian trade-wind breezes blow through the whole condo when leaving the doors and windows open. Just make sure the screens are closed too, because Hawai'i has countless tropical insects (especially in the evenings).

There is a full kitchen, and you will want to bring your own oils, spices, sauces, condiments, bags, etc. Our linens are clean of course, however if you have allergies, it is recommended that you bring your own bedding, etc.

This is a very quiet community with neighbors living below and next door, thus please be quiet and respectful to neighbors. Mahalo :)
