Irene 1306 is a beautiful oceanfront condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Irene 1306 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
Irene 1306 has a Double wide carpeted ocean front balcony extends across living room and master bedroom. The separate rear balcony has a bay view with beautiful sunsets. Oceanfront balcony furniture includes two outdoor tables and chairs, two lounges.
1306 is decorated in beautiful coastal style decor with 3 Tv's and unit WIFI. There is a breakfast bar off of the kitchen for a quick bite. All bathrooms have been remodeled as well as the kitchen. One parking space (provided at the building with registration fee). A newly renovated Exercise/Game Room in building.

LR: Queen Sleeper Sofa

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Excited to come back!

Loved it! Beautiful views, nicely decorated, great location, easy check-in and out. Elevators, even on checkout day, way faster than any other place we've stayed in OC! (Minor item: cleaning crew could be more thorough - a little dusty and we found portions of a deck of cards when opening the fold out in LR)

Check in and check out went smooth. Linen and towels were waiting for us in the Condo. The Condo was clean, the view was beautiful. Shoreline Properties' personal were professional, friendly and informational. My family had a wonderful stay!!
