Please Note:If this Condo is not available I have another Condo in the same Complex, you can view it on VRBO/ 1267455 Bucerias is a quaint Authentic Mexican Beachside town just 20 km north of Puerto Vallarta . This 2 Bedroom Condo is in an upscale building and has one of the best heated pools in Bucerias as well as location , it is located right in the middle of town. Many great restaurants and shops just outside your front gate , but not so close it interferes with the peace, tranquility, safety at your unit , you can walk everywhere ,no need for a car . It comes with everything you would need to make yourself feel like your at home . Hi speed Wi-Fi , Shaw Satellite , 2 Smart TV`s ,your own private parking stall, propane BBQ. Amazing soft sandy beach only a few steps out your door that you can walk for miles with several restaurants and bars on the beach. It`s located on the first floor which makes it easy to use stairs instead of the elevator if you choose , because of the location right in the middle of the complex it gives you a great 180 degree view of the pool , beach and ocean . This building is very quiet with only 31 units , gym facing the ocean, gated 24/7 security , huge heated infinite pool with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool , this is a non -smoking building .

Amazing Property!!

Wow! Upon opening the door I was instantly blown away! Ocean waves crashing right outside your door and beautiful sunsets every night. Beautiful views everywhere you looked. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Al was very prompt with responding to any questions I had. Thank you again and again!

We loved that the condo was right on the beach but close to all of the local shops and sights Lots of eating options- from lovely restaurants to taco vendors or small cafes with very affordable prices.

Great Property and Unit

Secure building with parking , with a pool, and right on the ocean. Unit is up to date with a beautifully furnished deck overlooking the pool and ocean. Very comfortable for 2 couples. Able to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, convenience stores. Felt very comfortable walking around Bucerias day and night . John and Joanne were gracious enough to give us a list of there favorite restaurants and some excursions. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back someday.

Fabulous Bucerias beachfront condo

From the moment we entered the building we knew we would love it! Right on the beach, beautiful infinity pool with plenty of seating, oversized balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture including beds, the town square and fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance. Best location & immaculate inside and out.

Punta Arena 1C. One of the best condos we’ve stayed at in Bucerias. Well appointed inside and out. The deck is very large with lots of seating. The condo has absolutely everything you need with top quality finishing. A pleasure to sit and watch the sunsets. The location is best in town, centrally located with restaurants and shopping at your doorstep. The complex has full time and super friendly staff that keep the grounds and facility spotless. An absolute delight.

Wonderful condo

Stayed in John & Joanne’s condo for 10 days. Simply a wonderful experience. Clean, we’ll equipped, safe facility and easy walk to restaurants and shops. Have stayed in Bucerias many times and this condo is at the top of the list. Great communication with the owners before and during our stay. Already planning a return visit.

A piece of Paradise!!

Thank you so much John & Joanne for letting us stay in your beautiful piece of paradise once again!! The sunsets and weather were amazing in Bucerias in March....we even saw the whales jumping several times during our stay. Going to sleep listening to the waves, swimming in the infinity pool and exploring the town was awesome!! We brought our friends to stay with us this time in the condo...they liked Bucerias so much, they were looking into possibly buying one themselves. Thanks again!!

Pure Joy

Traveling to Bucerious is fun in itself. Traveling to Bucerious and staying at the condominium of John and Joanne’s Letwenitz is bliss! This property is perfectly situated to allow for 24/7 ocean viewing and the infinity pool is right below the huge deck which is an oasis of beauty. The grounds are lovely. Staff is so helpful and you will be able to relax and enjoy each and every day to the fullest. The condo is well appointed and the layout is perfect for guests to have their privacy if required. Experience the difference by renting this property. You will want to return year after year as it is a wonderful place to vacation and close you the rest of the world if you like! What a joy to stay here. Thank you.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. The condo was very comfortable and well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the large and well appointed terrace while watching distant whales, horseback riders and stunning sunsets. The location was excellent, we walked to everything. We never once needed to use air conditioning, the cool breezes, sound of the surf and very comfortable bed lulled us to sleep. We will be back.

Wonderful property!

Great location (close to central). The unit has all the appropriate gadgets necessary in the kitchen (and sharp knives too!) Nicely decorated and top marks for cleanliness. Extra points for a comfy master bed! Would not hesitate to come back. A true gem in Bucerias!

A Slice of Heaven

Our experience at Punta Arena, Agave Blue condominium has been outstanding. From the moment we entered through the gate, a wonderful calm came over us. This location is perfectly set. The condo has a birds eye view of the ocean and beaches, The maintenance and staff are so helpful and polite. The pool is unbeatable. I have been coming to Bucerious for over 15 years and this experience has been number one! Book this condo and truly experience the difference. You will love it.

A nice change from an All Inclusive

My husband and I usually stay in an all inclusive for our winter holiday. This year we decided to stay in a condo and we picked Joanne and John's condo in Punta Arena. What a wonderful condo. It is tastefully decorated both inside and out on their huge balcony. The views are amazing. The perfect place for coffee in the morning and a nice drink in the evening watching the sun go down. Punta Arena is in a great location. Close to shopping and many great restaurants. The pool is the nicest in Bucerias. Large, clean and looks over the beach and water. No problem finding a chair. The sun hits the area a bit later in the morning. Friendly guests and staff on site. The condo itself has everything you need to make your holiday a comfortable one. Lovely double sink in the master bathroom. Large walk in shower. If we had any questions Theressa was a quick call away or Martin their night security guard was around to help. Hopefully we will get a chance to stay at Punta Arena on another one of our holidays. Thank you John and Joanne Richard and Geneva

Great place to stay

Once again, we had the pleasure of staying at this unit for seven weeks. The unit is equipped with everything a person needs and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The ocean was really beautiful and we saw fish chasing the sardines and the Mexicans picking the fish out of the water with their bare hands. This year we saw lots of whales and dolphins. Our stay was great and we are looking forward to our stay again next year. Ken

Beautiful accommodations; spectacular views!

Our condo was perfect and came with everything we needed for a safe, quiet, totally relaxing vacation. No hustle, no bustle, no schedule to keep and the freedom to roam through the streets of Bucerias. I can’t wait to plan my next trip and only hope that it can be longer than the first! Stunning experience

This was the most incredible experience! Beautiful, warm , sunshine and everything we needed was available for us to feel right at home on our get away! GREAT VACATION GETAWAY LOCATION

Beautiful views and great place to go to take in a unforgettable vacation. John and Joanne have a really nice place that allows you to take in all that there is to offer in the town of Bucerias. The condo is well equipped, with everything you need including beachfront by the ocean. Thanks again for letting use the condo!

Absolutely Perfect

My childhood friend and I had been planning a vaction together for a very long time to celebrate our over 50 year friendship. I started looking at all inclusive until I heard about this beautiful condo and location. John and Joanne were so very helpful and the condo was very well appointed and comfortable. There wasn't a thing we could think of that was lacking. We were very relaxed and felt safe considering we were two women with not much travel experience. Everyday was perfect, watching sunsets, early morning walks on the beach, laying around the pool, and any other thing our hearts desired was easily at hand. The people were so friendly and helpful. The condo is centrally located so you can even venture to nearby towns with ease. We would definetly go back to this amazing place. We are very thankful Joanne and John have decided to share this place and help us others have such a wonderful vacation experience.

This was our first time renting a condo and let me tell you we absolutely loved it! ( March 20 to March30 2015).John and Joanne were very helpfull in every way! With there fast response and guidance we had a fantastic experience and we were able to enjoy every moment of our holiday! We felt very safe in this complex with the 24 hr surveillance and the staff was very kind and nice. We were walking distance of Everything we needed or wanted! Just well located!perfect! The beach,the sunset from our balcony was just amazing! Not enough words to describe How beautiful it was! You want to have a beautiful and safe vacation in Bucerias? This is the place to go! We have all intention of going back and we recommend this condo 100% Thank you John,Joanne and all the staff involve for making our holiday the best so far!

We are Canadians and live in Western Canada ( Calgary ) , love the mountains and especially love hanging out by the beach and water. We have two children and now grandkids and we look forward to many memories our Condo has to offer.

Before we owned our Condo we would walk by this Complex and we thought it had the best pool and location in Bucerias. We now know it was the best thing we ever did buying into this Complex.
