The Space:
Welcome to our luxurious fully furnished cottage where breathtaking views and unparalleled comfort awaits you. This bright and clean cottage is perfect for families; it has all the comforts of home with a tasteful mix of luxury and coziness.

As you step into the living room, large windows offer views of Lake Okanagan and nearby wineries casting a picturesque backdrop to your stay. The cottage has air conditioning throughout, Telus cable with sports package, high-speed internet, and a washer and dryer. The living room also has a 65” smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, board games, puzzles, and a large sleeper sectional perfect for movie nights.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft suite upstairs; all of which feature Fairmont Sealy Stearns and Foster mattresses for maximum comfort. The first bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, perfect for the kids, and in the closet, you will find all of the sports equipment you may need to play pickle ball, tennis, badminton, and mini golf. The second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The bright loft has vaulted ceilings, beautiful lake views from the king bed, and has a single pullout sleeper, and smart TV.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make an enjoyable meal. The dining space has gorgeous views setting the stage for memorable meals and delightful conversation.

Sip your morning coffee on the large front deck that has plenty of seating, a propane BBQ, and fantastic views of the lake. Out back there is a flat grassy backyard perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The large driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, and we also have a 2023 EZGO four-seater golf cart available for private rental (at an additional cost) which is a great way to cruise around the resort and down to the lake. The cottage is in a convenient area of La Casa with a short two-minute walk to the resort amenities.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire cottage except for the garage unless you have chosen to rent the golf cart.

Amenities:
Resort amenities include two pools, three hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, mini golf course, beach volleyball court, and playground. There is also an exclusive beachfront with water trampolines, aqua park, boat launch (boat slips can be rented on a daily or weekly basis); and expansive back country for hiking, mountain biking, or ATVing.

The La Casa Market & Liquor Store offers a wide assortment of food, beverage, and liquor items, including take away meals and ice-cream. Alternatively, Save On Foods delivery service is available at La Casa; just order from the West Kelowna store and have it delivered the next day.

The resort is located 30 km north of Westbank and Kelowna. Enjoy some of British Columbia’s World Class Golf Courses and easy access to fourteen wineries including Grey Monk, Mission Hill, Cedar Creek, and Quail's Gate.
