Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay.
Chic and Fun, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath in Rancho Las Palmas Country Club!

INTERIOR
The bright and gorgeously furnished condo, provides ample seating in the living room, and a dining table for six. The atrium provides ample light to the living room space. The bright kitchen features a breakfast table and all appliances needed for meal prep.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite features a king bed, bright spacious main bath and a 40in Smart TV. The Guest Bedrooms feature queen beds, nightstands and ample closet space. The guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom.

EXTERIOR
The patio offers beautiful views of the golf course, mountains, and faces southeast. The back patio features sectional seating, table for six or eight adults, and a two burner BBQ. Two community pools and spas are located 200 ft from the condo! A super short walk to enjoy a nice swim! Access to the gym is included for guests. Guests can play tennis and golf for a fee. See the golf shop for details.

THINGS TO DO
This unit is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Las Palmas, next to The River shopping and dining center. Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are within 2 miles from the property. Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 2 miles away.

Loved this unit, especially the big east facing patio. The unit is close to the community pool and has a grassy area across from it. The great room was super comfy for lounging around. No complaints. Managers were quick to respond to any requests.

Turned out well

When we first arrived, we noticed that the carpet in the living room was quite dirty, as well as the couch, which had a lot of stains on it. We got in touch with the management company and they immediately sent out cleaners to take care of it. Once that was done, they needed to send out someone to repair the garage door, as well as a plumber to unplug the master shower drain and the main bathroom hot water faucet. So there were a number of issues initially that we weren’t happy with. But the management company was really great to deal with. Thank you Ashley! Overall, the 5 weeks that we spent there were enjoyable. We loved watching the golfers out back, and the beds were very comfortable. Suggestions: Kitchen: a few extra items like a kettle, whisks and ladles were bought as there weren’t any there. Would have been really nice to have an air fryer. But we understand this is not a normal expectation. Outside patio: more comfortable furniture. The eating table and chairs out there are flimsy, and a couple of loungers would have been great. As well as a fire pit for the cooler days and nights. I don’t believe we will stay there again. It was average in terms of accommodations, and we had a much better experience the year before when we stayed in the same complex, but a different unit. Thank goodness the management company was fantastic to deal with.

Deceiving pictures.

Very dated. Bathrooms were nice because were renovated. Old oven, dishes, cutlery, bbq was terrible. No spices or oil, so bought some to leave for the next renters. Furniture was 1970’s and dirty. TV in master was trying to watch on a toaster.

Beautiful Spot in the Desert

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and exceptionally clean. The location was superb with easy access to the golf courses, tennis courts and to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort restaurants and spa. I would certainly rent this property again.
