Esta hermosa casa tiene todo!
Situado en una calle doble con piscina y spa; este 2 dormitorios 2 baños casa está impecable y muy bien decorado con muebles de diseño y obras de arte, además limitado. Molduras de corona, silla barandilla, pisos de baldosas de mármol, ventiladores de techo, sala de piso de la sala de espejo a medida de techo, ropa de cama de alta calidad y toallas se encuentran entre algunas de las mejoras se puede disfrutar de toda la casa.

Situado en un 8,000 sq. Montón pie, 'The Sweet Spot' tiene un montón de espacio al aire libre para el entretenimiento. Parque como vistas de las montañas de Santa Rosa, palmeras y cuidados greens se puede ver en toda la casa y con orientación sur patio trasero. El dormitorio principal y salón tienen acceso a la piscina y patio trasero con granito conjunto al aire libre y barbacoa de propano. SIMPLY PERFECT!

immaculate, comfy, safe and homely. I just can't praise this place enough. We stayed here for Coachella Festival weekend. It was 15 mins in a taxi from the venue and the perfect place to spend the hot days. Can't wait to return!!

Nice property except for host

Very nice property, don't get wrong. But dealing with the host was another issue. We checked in and the place was very nice and clean. The pool area was beautiful and very enjoyable. Until Adi literally rolled up on us on a golf cart. She said hi and then proceeded to question us and do a head count. Let me say this, whenever I stay at home rentals, the host never bother us. So it annoyed me a little. Then she did a head count of 6, rental property is for 4. I reminded her we were allowed to have guest, and then she backed off. Then a few hours later, we were getting ready for Coachella as our neighbor knocked on our door. Apparently Adi told them we were complaining about their music, and they came over to apologize. First of all, we had our own music going and barely heard them. 2nd we never complained about their music, its Coachella weekend. I was super upset to know Adi used us to regulate on the other neighbors ( guess it was her rental property as well). That was a huge risk to put on us, you never know how things could've gone down. So then I told Adi after we left the rental what we found out, She of course denied the whole thing and made excuses. She also said she would love to have me come back, because we were great guest. But then got upset when I pressed the issue of the whole lying about the music and doing a head count. Then she got more mad and said she would leave me a bad review and hung up on me. For those reasons alone I will never stay at any of her property's again.

Had a good stay. Just oh so hot. The ac worked but was so noisy, hope it lasts for the next guests. The house was great, considering it for next year.

Adi is the best hostess ever. The pool, the spa, the lovely home with the amenities you need for extended an stay, the golf course view, the desert Mountain View, and the starry nights view all made for the best MARCH getaway from the cold COLORADO winter ever!

Perfect House for 2 couples with GREAT pool area!

This is a great 2BR house with a WONDERFUL backyard patio and pool area. Clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated inside. Backyard had a lovely setting and view and the hot tub and pool area can't be beat.

Overall pleased

We had a great weekend staying at the "Sweet Spot." It was great to enjoy Stagecoach then in between have a nice pool and home to go back to relax, get some sun and have our own cooked food before and after. The hubby even got a round of golf in ....Highlights ** pool, nice floatys, comfy beds, clean and well stocked kitchen and home. Very easy check in/out no problems so not much contact with host. Overall pleased. Thank you Adi Until next year Indio, Ca. Salud!

Loved this cute little home--right on the golf course

Although the weather was not warm enough to use pool---we used the hot tub daily. We loved that we got to know the pools maintenance and gardening staff as well as Adi the rent facilitator---who was always able to take our calls or drop by if we needed her.Went for many walks around the neighbourhood --loved the shopping that was close by-will be returning for sure.

LOVED this property!

This was a fantastic home and had everything we could possibly want in terms of kitchen items, etc. Very comfortably furnished and the backyard....where we spent most of our time was just fabulous. Adi was extremely nice and helpful.....so accommodating. When I come back to Palm Desert this is the home I will rent.

Had a wonderful week!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sweet Spot. The home is well furnished, and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Adi was very helpful, we just had to call her and before we hung up the phone she was there. Adi also gave us tips on places to eat and directions.It was a wonderful way to celebrate our 66th wedding anniversary and my husband's 92nd birthday.Rosemarie & Bob Kargoll

What a great spot, well named The Sweet Spot!

Wonderfully set up with nothing you needed except food and personal items.The property was squeaky clean top to bottom. Adi was great,giving us help with shopping and restaurant tips. Close to everything we were needing within minutes. From the booking process to saying our goodbyes this morning everything was easy....no problems. We will definitely stay with Home Away again. Loved it.....

Palm Desert Paradise!

We were looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to spend the week without having to leave if we didn't want. Everything was perfect. Full kitchen, comfy beds, dining room table for family games and meals, living room with large screen TV for movies, outdoor table for lunch and breakfast and beautiful pool and jaccuzi, which we were in as a family almost 24/7. Adi was warm and friendly and a wonderful hostess. She gave us some great recommendations for local places to eat and was available to answer questions about pool controls etc. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was to us.This place has a beautiful view of the golf course and local mountains in the distance which gives it a wonderful feel from the pool, backyard and from in the house. I love having a view! The sweet spot is in a great location, close enough to Costco, Target, grocery stores, movie theatres, and yet not too close. We will definitely be back! The kids loved it too! It was a perfect family getaway/adventure for the week! Would definitely check out Armandos on Paseo for their combination of steak, chicken, calamari and shrimp fajitas and the living desert zoo!

This was our third year in a row to stayed here and Adi still maintains a quality rental experience for her guests. She cheerfully provided some additional administrative services from her office for us due to some family circumstances. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. All in all, another positive rental experience.

Peaceful desert oasis

My family spent a relaxing President's Day weekend at The Sweet Spot. It was perfect for 3-4 people, with the beautiful pool and outdoor area. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We loved the large living room area with lots of space to cozy up and watch the Olympics each night. The house was very clean and appointed with everything you need to cook your meals, etc. The setting was quiet and beautiful...I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you, Adi, for your assistance with our rental! Can't wait to come back!

It is a perfect spot for me and my husband. Nice house and accommodations, lots of pool time!

We both love the place and certainly plan to come back again in the near future. We are familiar with the area and I did a little shopping, we went to dinner, barbecued, and simply just relaxed! Great house, great accommodations, and Adi was Lovely when she came over to assist us with a few questions.

Great Desert Getaway Location

Fantastic oasis!

Adi is a great host and the house is even better than the pictures. It was spotlessly clean. All the little things were considered. Laundry detergent, spices, extra TP, etc.. Kitchen is well appointed. Grilling outside in the lovely patio was perfect. The pool and spa were quietly cleaned several times in the morning during our one week stay. We also arrived earlier than anticipated and Adi was flexible to let us access the house in the late morning. We were able to walk to the Tennis Garden easily within 30 minutes. The house is located 5 min drive from grocery stores and anything you could need. I highly recommend this home.

It is the location that makes this property so attractive.
You are minutes from all desert attractions and eateries as well as surrounded by championship golf courses and spas.

Spending the day touring the desert is wonderful but coming back to 'The Sweet Spot' and relaxing by the pool on your own double fairway with mountain views is priceless.

In addition to it's spacious kitchen, beautiful decor and location, many guests comment on the back yard. They love the stone pool and the mountain views often saying that they spent most of their vacation outside.

The golfers find the home to be a perfect golf vacation rental. The home course is right outside the backyard gate which makes it easy to play everyday and offers unbeatable green fees.
