Sleek and stylish!! This contemporary flat is new and voguish, while keeping a Parisian touch with its unique features, high ceilings, original wooden floors and long French windows!!
When we are talking of stylish decor, the apartment has been furnished with mid-century modern design. The living room is simple yet chic with its comfortable sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. The TV has basic cable which includes English News channels such as BBC and CNN.This newly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat is located in the 9th district bordering the 8th by between Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette.
The holiday home is a sunny and airy affair with French windows and balconettes, and it boasts a fairly high ceiling, polished wooden flooring, and whitewashed walls. The living room is perfect for either “alone times” or hearty gatherings, and it has a TV that provides added entertainment. Meanwhile, the kitchen is fitted with modern cabinets and late-model appliances that help create delicious meals and refreshing drinks without difficulty.
There is a small private terrace which can be easily accessed from the living room or from the kitchen. Four people can enjoy a small breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner on the beautiful outdoor table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Guests are able to make a simple breakfast to a nice French dinner.
This lovely abode can accommodate up to four guests. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds - this makes it ideal for a family of four for long term rentals (minimum 28 nights). There is a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower and a double sink. The toilet is separate and conveniently located in the hallway
