Wave Song - Oceanside, Ocean Village, Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Condo

The Wave Song sits ocean side on Hutchinson Island, in the private gated community of Ocean Village Resort. This ground floor corner unit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo faces the beach dunes and walking path to the private beach access. The sound of waves can be heard throughout the day and night as ocean breezes come through sliding glass doors in each bedroom. In the spacious community, there are 4 heated swimming pools, hot tubs, clubhouse, fitness center, 10 tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, a 9 hole Executive Golf Course and an on site sports bar, oceanfront restaurant and tiki-bar. There are many walking paths and areas to ride bikes. This is paradise found. Plus many great restaurants nearby. Many on the water. Please plan on 14 days to process the application.



We provide a starter set of an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.



Wave Song is managed by iTrip Treasure Coast.



The community association requires an application with additional application fees, as follows:

• A $100 processing fee

• A $25 application fee

• ALL Application Fees are Non-Refundable. Please note: some payments may be subject to a payment processing fee.

Step Away from the Ocean

A great place to stay and it will not break the bank. The downstairs condo is perfect for a small family. This place is also a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo on Hutchinson Island.

We had a wonderful stay at Wavesong. Travis was very responsive to every need and was a wonderful host. Our favorite part of the stay was hearing the waves crash on the shore the last few nights of our stay. Accommodations were perfect for us along with our visiting adult children.

Cute property close to beach access

Enjoyed a month stay with my son in this cute condo. The property was stocked with extra amenities you might need during your stay and some you might have forgotten to pack. Enjoyed the screened porch, quick access to the walkway and 200 steps to the dune crossing. Very quiet and enjoyable for a relaxing vacay.

Great place and great hosts

Travis and Karen are amazing hosts and their property is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We've stayed at this unit twice now and have always had a great experience. The Ocean Village community offers a lot of amenities such as a golf course, swimming pools, and a jogging track. There's also a nice bar where you can grab some delicious snacks and food. Accessing the beach from the condo is very easy, just walk a few steps to the stairs that cross over the dunes and you'll find yourself on a quiet, long, and wide white sand beach. It's the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful Wave Song

Property was clean and well appointed. Owner was quick to respond if I had question. Kitchen had nice selection of cooking utensils . Laundry in the unit was a great feature. Pool and on-site restaurant nearby. Hated and manned entry into development provides security and peace of mind. Highly recommend

Stay by ocean

Very nice, location great. A bit unhappy that main large pool had been closed for months. No notice and no accommodation for this. Also no pickle ball as stated. But still enjoyed te property.

Nice place!

The unit was clean and convenient. It was in a good location. Some of the furniture was a little outdated, but on the whole it was fine. My only recommendation would be to add grab bars to the two bathroom showers. Also, the screen porch outside door did not close. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Much better than expected.

Travis and Karin are excellent hosts. They greeted us with an impeccably clean apartment, plenty of toiletries, and other amenities like coffee. We appreciate very much that they took care of those details. The property is comfortable, bright, and decorated with the simplicity one expects in a vacation rental. The access to the beach is much more convenient than in a hotel. The property is on the first floor. It´s located just a few steps away from a magnificent beach. We are returning soon, and hopefully, we will do so again in the future as well.

Stay at Wave Song

Overall it was a nice property but there was disruptive construction at the building and the main pool as closed for over a year. This was not disclosed prior to our booking and it should have been. Also, the walking trails need work as my wife tripped on the broken bricks and fell and badly hurt herself which really changed our trip.

REPAIRS AND RAIN

Love Ocean Village, but a few things this year were a problem. The new roofs are going on so there were workmen and equipment around. The street had a burst water pipe so we had a large pond at the back. The repairs were completed over two days on two separate weeks on the theses days we had no water and the road was closed. The main pool is still not in operation and the restaurant and Tiki bar have limited hours. The rain didn’t help either. Condo was pleasant but did not have the sea views we expected. Had problems with the blinds, heating and Netflix. Manager was there to help immediately but things weren’t perfect. These condo are older and breakdowns happen.
