Have a coffee or a wine at the beautiful Lanay and walk to the private beach or one of our 4 pools, featuring our brand-new resort style pool with Tiki Bar. Go have fun in one of our tennis courts or any other of the sports courts Ocean Village has to offer. Get together with other guest and play a round of golf in our executive par 3 golf course or some pickleball. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a fitness room during your stay.
With 2 bathrooms featuring showers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. This condo is perfect for two couples or a small family that would like to share a vacation. With a covered parking space in front of unit located at ground floor and with the privacy of a corner unit, we look forward to hosting you at our totally remodeled beach condo at Hutchinson Island, Florida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk to the pool and beach and quick drive to all the restaurants and jetty park. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious Condo

This condo was perfect for our family stay. It allowed my wife and I to have our space (bedroom and bathroom) and our daughter her space with her own bedroom and bathroom. The all tile floors were beautiful and the screen porch was a great place to sit and read. We will definitely consider renting again.
