Excellent place to stay. Eric and Kara communicated wonderfully, cleanliness was top notch. We’ve been to the Traverse area a few times and this was by far our best stay yet. We will be booking with them again.
Our third stay at this wonderful dog-friendly home was as great as our first two visits! It's as quiet as it is beautiful, and our hosts are always so welcoming. We can't wait to return to our home-away-from home!
Our group loved our stay! The house was clean, and the property was peaceful while still being close to town. We would gladly stay here again in the future! Kara was easy to reach and made us feel very welcome!
Extremely clean and property, inside and outside. Beautiful suite, comfortable and nice breakfast with, perhaps, the best motel coffee we've had in many years.

Everything was perfect, especially the loft upstairs for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped and we had a wonderful time! Owners were available for help and our stay was awesome!!
The home is so pretty, everything is comfortable! Hosts make you feel very welcome and make it easy to be a guest.
This was our second stay and I hope to visit more!
Our group had a great experience and stay at this property. Property was very clean and exactly as described. Property owners were great and very friendly. 10/10 recommend!
We stayed at this property for nearly a week. A true hidden gem! Private, country setting yet 15-20 minutes to the fun things to do in Traverse City. Will stay here again if we ever make it back!
This was a great place to stay on our visit to the area and Sleeping Bear Dunes. While still an hour away from the dunes all the space in between and near by provided all that we needed, traverse city, pie, wine, beaches. The place was clean, well laid out, stocked, and very easy to check in to, hosts were very helpful and kind.
We had so much fun at the little house, they had sleds we could use and it was nice to just hangout. My girls loved the games that were provided to use during our stay and the cows were an added bonus. Also, communication was great!
A beautiful place in the country, very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect location for my brother and I. Short trip to Traverse City. Went to Charlevoix and Petoskey. Casino is 5 minutes away. If you're looking a place away from the noise, this is it. Love the wood work and the care you put into your place.
It was a great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed seeing the cows each morning. It’s a country setting but very close to all we needed including Meijer and Grand Traverse Resort. A clean place where we could sleep and cook our own meals and relax in between while including our dog in the stay.
Hosts were quick to respond and communicated very well. We had four generations of family and everyone loved the the property and the rental. The kids enjoyed playing in large yard with corn hole or in loft with fuse ball table.Hosts were very accommodating on parking...we had 2 cars, 3 pickup trucks and 2 bass boats!Rental house itself was just as pictured. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms. I would stay there again.
This little house is situated in the middle of the country but just minutes from all kinds of fun. It was so quiet there - we slept so well. The bed was comfortable and the place was so clean. We were very impressed by the workmanship in the house and especially the cleanliness. Cara was a great communicator and was very welcoming as well.
This property was perfect for our high school bass team. We had great parking for the trucks and boat and the house had everything we could possibly need. The hosts were wonderful! It was fun to have a fellow bass fisherman as a host.
We love everything about this idyllic little home that's just a short distance from Traverse City. It's so clean, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable. Best of all, Kara and Eric are friendly, welcoming hosts to us and our lovable 98-pound dog, Dilly. We know that this is the place we will always try to book! The nearby cows are a bonus--when we spot them! We WILL be back, whenever we can slip away to our home-away-from home!
