STAY AWAY, awful experience

This was the most awful stay I've ever experienced. To start the owner never responded to email, text or call before and during stay. When we got to home we could not get into the property. It lists a code but there was no lock box. Took an hour to find a hidden key, again owner never responded. The home was not stocked with anything. We had to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, shampoo conditioner and soap. The home lists a wifi that doesn't exist. Again owner didn't answer phone call to clarify. The bathtubs are incredibly dirty (growing fungus and bugs noticeable) and one of them the floor feels like it's sinking. The floors throughout the house were dirty, the closet door was taken off the hinge and just sitting there. One bed is visibly slanted. The kitchen isn't stocked. There were no baking pans, pot holders, pizza cutter, and only two spoons. Even still we tried to push through. Second night came home to find a leak in the master bedroom through the door. There is a poorly patched hole in the ceiling. Owner didn't answer again. Final straw was finding bed bugs. We left immediately. The response was to just not charge us for the nights not stayed and only give a 30% back on the nights we did. I ended up having to move my children in the middle of the night, pay more for a last minute rental. STAY AWAY. This property is a hell hole and should not be listed.

Spacious house

The house is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. There are several TV. It's a bit outdated. Kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade, but it works especially for this price. The location is fine, close enough to shops and the parks.Recommend.

I would never use this place again when we come back to Orlando as there were multiple issues with this unit. First problem: Check-in was 3pm. We arrived close to 4pm. Email said the door had a lock with code but when we arrived it was a regular lock with a key. There was no key given. Tried calling the host, he never picked up the phone. Walked back to the security gate, gave the security guy the host's number and he responded to that person, indicating the key was under the rug. We never received a direct reply. With this delay, we ended up wasting around 45min in front of the house, and we just wanted to be able to rest from an early flight to Orlando. Second problem: There were things broken, like a closet door in one of the bedrooms, and one of the light appliances in another room. 3 TVs but not all the remotes. One pan was dirty so we had to wash it before using. Third problem: Email said to use Internet you should connect to specific WiFi network with specific password. That WiFi network didn't exist. Tried calling and emailing the host, never received a reply, so we were never able to use the Internet from this house.

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. I had my parents and my uncle stay with me and the three rooms were more than enough. The beds were comfortable and was glad to see fresh towels ready in each room to use the showers. The large livingroom was big enough to hold a nice family gathering after we came back from a birthday party. We all sat around and had some great conversations. All the younger members enjoyed the pool.

The accommodation is super complete, as shown in the photo, it is perfect for 5/6 passengers.The location is ideal for getting around Orlando.It has everything to enjoy the holidays.

Vacation

The neighborhood and resort areas/pools were wonderful we loved them and my children had so much fun. However, as another review mentioned, you need a key fob to get into one of the pools. I also communicated this to the house contact and he said the security guard would have a code. That was not the case.. The house itself was a perfect setup for myself and children the beds were comfortable and kitchen equipment was helpful. The floors were filthy. They appeared clean but after walking across the floor our feet or socks were black! I wish I was kidding. They only had one mop that looked dirty. We scrubbed the floor with a rag and cleaning spray but it didn’t seem to help. Having little children (one who is crawling) I was not thrilled. Communication was lacking. One of our days we woke up to all of the smoke detectors going off in the house. I understand this could happen but it took the house contact 14 hours to get back to us at all after multiple calls and texts. I had to call evolve to try and get it handled. The alarms went off every hour until they came to fix them. We lost a whole day and a lot of sleep. I would be hesitant to book again.

The place itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the walk around the pond and the close proximity to stores and various restaurants. We had a couple of problems. For the Resort Pool Access, we found out that a fob was needed to get in. We didn't have one in the townhouse. We contacted the manager but received no response. Another resident let us in. It took over 24 hours to get a response for us to gain access to the internet. The password and username we had had sent to us with our reservation was outdated.

Not a good experience.

TVs didn’t work. Talked to contact person. Left a message for us that a problem in the area. No soap in the bathrooms. We had to go out and buy soap to bathe. Some was delivered the next day. Very bad biting ants in the kitchen. Several electrical outlets didn’t work. Dirty towel on back of master bath door.. all this with two toddlers. Our first experience with Evolve not a good one. Would hesitate to use again.

A good stay!

Things to improve: missing kitchen items, washing machine doesnt seem like working, i did not managa to open oven door, complimentary coffe would be also great.

Nice place but limited kitchen items

The house is very nice but the bedrooms are all upstairs. I'm not sure that was clear in the listing. The kitchen is pretty small and not well stocked. Only one sauce pan, limited silverware, and plates/bowls. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking while there, you'll need to bring a lot of things from home or buy disposable kitchen items. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It was a nice neighborhood to walk in and it is conveniently located to Disney. Wal-Mart and Chick-fil-A are right down the street.

Beautiful! But bad experience during the check-in process

I have nothing to say about the place, it was great and very clean. Very comfortable as well. Unfortunately, the check-in process was not so great. The check-in was supposedly at 03:00 pm. 15 minutes before arriving I decided to contact the property to make sure all was set. It was not. They told me that now I needed to check-in at 04:00 pm. I waited for an hour and a bit more and finally I managed to do the check in. When contacting evolve to make possible a late check-out they did not ensure that possibility. Cleaners arrived at 09:40 am and did my check-out at 10:00 am. I understand the employment shortage that FL has but it should not impact my check-in time.
