Around here, location is everything! Positioned on the west side of the island, this soundside condo is located in the Cambridge Cove neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community. This community is widely known for enjoying sunset viewing and quiet vacationing. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this wonderful resort include a lazy river, sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features lots of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge area, pool table and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and fitness center are open year around from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

During the day, visit the beautiful beaches of Kill Devil Hills conveniently located only a one-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities. The Wright Brothers Monument and national park is within walking distance; a great opportunity for a morning jog! Or spend the day taking in the nearby attractions which include the Bodie Island Lighthouse or day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

After a full day of activities, kick back to relax on the second level with a refreshing beverage in the comfortable living area while the chef of the group prepares dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. There's plenty of seating for everyone including a dining area for five and additional seating at the island bar for four. (A wooden high chair is available upon request.) On this level, there is also a half bathroom for convenience. After dinner, head out onto the deck and check out those brilliant stars in the sky. For more after dinner entertainment, you'll find board games and books to enjoy while staying at Sea Therapy.

All the TV's in the house are smart TVs and including Netflix, Prime and all big streaming platforms. Just bring along your passcode and you'll be watching your favorite shows in minutes!

When it's time for bed, you'll find the sleeping arrangements on both the third and fourth levels. On the third level, you'll sleep cozy in one of the two King En Suites. On the fourth level, whoever stays here will feel like a King and/or Queen with their own private En Suite with Two Queen Beds. The full bathroom in this suite has a tub and shower combo which is great for kids! All sleeping areas are constructed with comfort in mind!

Looking for some added fun at Sea Therapy? Head down to the first level. Here is a recreation room with a comfortable living area and 2 arcade games. More relaxation is found on the back patio - yet another way to enjoy the Outer Banks skies.

Sea Therapy is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! No cats or other animals, dogs only. The pet fee of $155 is waived for this property. Pets stay free!

This property has 2 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are not permitted access to the garage.) Please note that there are also several first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

Trailers, U-Hauls, and campers are not permitted in the Bermuda Bay community.

Bermuda Bay

**The Bermuda Bay community private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 1 to May 17. Beginning May 22, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Village Beach Club

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 8 miles from Cambridge Cove.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
